It was pleasant, front desk lady nice and profeasional, room was clean and hotel was quiet.

Nice hotel room was spacious and love that it was wood floors not carpet. Easy parking, food options around were convenient. Walks are thin can hear walking above the room. Overall it was a 4/5 definitely will come back.

Nice clean breakfast area, helpful kind staff, average to below average food. Large spacious room, comfortable bed, good climate control. Our room was missing the light filtering blind in window, shower rod incorrectly installed so shower curtain slid to middle of rod - lots of water on floor. Had a baby with us, requested a porta crib, it was dirty and old, also requested a roll away bed, it was about 50 years old (looked like one my grandmother had) in terrible condition. behind the desk girl was embarrassed to give it to me. Biggest complaint, the first floor is for guests with pets, our room was on first floor, alot of pet hair on floor - we sneezed all night long. found out in morning it was a pet friendly room. To their credit the staff did come in right away and clean the floors. If you are allergic to pet hair you NEED to know the first floor houses pets for those traveling with them.

It was okay, it’s suppose to be 100% smoke free but I smelled smoke in my room every night. So theyre allowing people to smoke in their rooms

The hotel was “newly renovated” but our walls had holes and the bed and bed frame were terrible. The lighted mirror in the bathroom worked for a while and then would shut off and flash like a strobe light. The foot of the bed sat noticeably higher than the head. The mattress was hard and lumpy as were the pillows. The people in the room above us were stomping and moving furniture from midnight until 4am so between that and the bed we got little sleep. The front desk person didn’t seem to care when we voiced our concerns. I would not stay here again.

The front desk were welcoming. The two queen bedrooms are spacious and clean. The beds were confortable and the product used in the bathroom Dove were great. The free breakfast was delicious. It was an easy check-out. A great hotel to stay and close to my family in maple shade, NJ.

Staff wer unhelpful, unable to leave luggage when check out at 11am and flights not until 21.00. Unless hiring a car have to taxi everywhere

The hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on, remodeling rooms. No real issues with noise. I was very disappointed in the breakfast offerings, as were my kids. No hot dishes, limited cereal, 1 flavor of yogurt, 2 bagel types, and small blueberry muffins. That was about it. I had to take the kids out to breakfast to eat.

Hotel and staff were great. Didnt like that it was in back next to a run down hotel with undisirable charcters walking aroud loud and shirtless.

It was clean but under the vanity it was unfinished. Floor was not finished & they just put vanity over it. Paint from walls on the shower curtain. It didn't interfere with the stay though. Someone should inspect after work is done though

They accused us of dirtying bedding and couldn't produce the evidence. Therefore they have no proof of their complaint. Furthermore, they took personal products valued at $15

This is a beautiful hotel and we couldn't have been more comfortable. It was modern, clean, and very nice inside and out. Our room was big and the bathroom was lovely with lots of counter space. We felt safe, parking lot convenient.

Agreat place for me to visit Philadelphia easily and also, find great shopping and whole foods and other eateries all close by. Perfect fo my stay. Clean , comfortable room, a great value. there is fridge for my food storage .. everything I needed. I love La Quinta. I look for it where I can to stay.

Overall I had a great experience except feeling discriminated against the person at the front desk who works overnight her name is Deepika.When we first came in from the water park she didn’t greet us and watched us like we didn’t belong there.Then when I got settled and I called down for towels and wash clothes she said I had to come downstairs and retrieve the items. When I came down Deepika assumed she heard noise from our room and said she got a noise complaint but we just had gotten to the hotel I called as soon as we arrived,plus we were winding down for the night. I just wish she had better customer service instead of assuming but other than that everything went well.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. It was extremely clean and such a nice atmosphere. The service was spectacular. They had breakfast early at 7 am. They don’t let anything run out and were fully stacked. I don’t think I’ll be going to any other hotel whenever I visit PA. So affordable and clean.
