There was a bunchnof teens who kelp up a lot of noise running in and out. Slamming door up until 4:00am in the morning. Sound like they where fighting all night. Screaming and keeping up noise all night.

The room had not been fully supplied and the desk clerk would not arrange for the supplies that were left out to be restocked. She seemed like that was asking to much until she weekend off duty and we got it fixed the next morning.

Very nice and sweet staff, the one and only thing i didnt like was the pool are was small and it was constantly packed with teens and children but all and all it was very clean and well put together!!

When we pulled the cover back the sheets had a black spot like a poo stain on them. There were people all around outside smoking Marijuana and many unsavory characters hanging around. It didnt smell very clean and there was no coffee or condiments available in the room.

I was in-town on business for a few days. After flying all day, excited to get to my hotel . But i was meant at the front desk check-in by this lady that had the nastiest altitude ever. I feel like if you don't like your job maybe you need to find another one. Hotel industry is supposed to be Hospitable. When i vist Memphis again i will not be staying at this location.

The establishment was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the meal service was great, and the price was affordable and budget friendly.

Everything was good except they had no one to bring up extra sheets and blankets for our pullout bed so we had to get it ourselves . That was a bit annoying .

Hitel was exceptional. Very clean with excellent amenities. Breakfast was awesome, chicken, eggs, waffles, biscuits, etc. Staff were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights. The shower pressure was horrible. Notified the front desk asked for a new room. She said she will update us aftrr 3:30. It was 6 pm when I went for the second time about the shower pressure. Maintenence came to the room he stated he would return he never did. I should not have to become a nuisance in order to have my room issues resolved. No follow up from the front desk. 3 night stay and the shower made this stay not worth returning and the lack of follow up from the staff.

The outlet was not connected to the wall it was just hanging out with the lamp connected to it . This is a hugee fire hazard.The pull out sofa bed was incredibly disgusting. Area was a little sketchy.

Employees are very nice, room was a little dirty and older looking and I couldn’t watch TV the two days I was there due to no internet but I really didn’t have time to watch much anyway but it would have been nice to have the opportunity.

The front desk lady was nice checking in and the one we had in the morning was Super Nice! The room was nice and clean too! The only reason I’m doing 4 stars overall and 3 for property facilities is because after we had checked in, we got the kids ready for the pool and when we got down there, it was pretty gross - like oil at the top of it or something. But that’s our only complaint, the pool was just not up to par for what I would have imagined for a Sheraton.

The AC unit was very loud and the beds were squeaky. There was hair on my bath towels. The front check in and check out staff were super friendly and nice. Greeted me when i checked and and wished me save travels upon leaving. That was the best part of my stay.

The hotel is OK, clean, and friendly service. The only thing I did not like was the breakfast, you pay an extra fee and is not worth it. Fresh fruit and yogurt bowl, was a plastic cup with granola and yogurt.

There was nothing unique about the property. The clerk allowed me to check-in 1 hour early. I had been driving all day. That was helpful. Other than that the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my weekend.
