Checked in and handed the receptionists my id and types it into the computer. Then takes out her phone and takes pictures of whatever is on her screen. Looks at me and says her computer system is down. Hmm, how were you able to check for my reservation if your system is down. Red flag there. Then I went outside and came back in and requested a 2nd key to the room with one of my boys standing next to me. She said I gave 1 already and I told her that I had given it to my husband so he can get in because I had sprained my ankle need to go to the room. She said let me see how many people you put in your reservation. I told her that I put 5 people in my reservation. 3 adults 2 teenagers. She got all huffy and puffy. I told her that we reserved the room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. She told me to show her my reservation. I did and 5 people was infact on my reservation. She still didn't want to give me an extra key. Finally got the key and walked to the room and you can smell wet carpet, mold down the hallway.The rooms were a great size and even has a kitchen, microwave and a sink. Beds were ok and there was 2 tvs. 1 for the ones sleeping on the bed area and 1 where the sofa bed was at. Those 2 issues are the only issues I had. I would recommend this place if they get rid of smell/mold and encourage their receptionists to be kinder to visitors as were coming in from a 10 hour drive.

The floor in my room was not level. The fridge would constantly close when getting something out of it.

The room smelled funny. The kitchenette wasn’t clean, nor was any of the utensils/pots/wash rags. The A/C didn’t cool the room. The TV remote didn’t work, even after getting a replacement. The main door had a hard time closing, key card worked every once in awhile. The toilet wasn’t secured to the ground. We were told upon check-in that breakfast was from 7-10am. On Saturday we came down for breakfast at 7:12am and there was nothing for breakfast. Waffle maker wasn’t turned on, juice machine was off, no coffee. When we asked about it, we were told that the main chef hadn’t arrived yet and that MAYBE he might be coming in 45 more minutes. Sundays breakfast was cereal and the waffle maker wasn’t functioning properly. The front desk hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The pool was over chlorinated, hot tub was colder than the pool. In a pool that size, there were times that there were 20-25 people in it. Rowdy kids with barely any adult supervision, even when that information was brought to the attention of the front desk no one even came outside to look at the situation

The smell was stale, frig was rusty. It took too long for the door to close and was across from construction whi h i feel was not safe for women.

The hotel is clean and smells clean. The room was nice and also very clean. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

Excellent stay

I cannot complain about anything except for the fact that there were several dead roaches in my room. There were quite a few mosquitoes, but I anticipate that seeing that the hotel is very close to the water.

Overall good hotel. Stayed here twice recently. Beds are some of the best at a hotel. Hallways were musky smelling but other than that clean. Service is great. Will stay here again if back in the area.

Beds were comfy and it had everything you needed as far as fridge, except freezer part was only part that worked. Came with a cooktop and microwave as well

This place was dirty and smell so bad. House keeping didn’t even clean my room.bandage on the bed frame and hair as well. Couch all stain up and carpet as well. Not recommend if you have kids especially babies.

The room was nothing like the one I picked from the website, the A/C in the room was not consistently cold, it’s definitely not the Main Stay I remember. My co worker had the same issues except his A/C issues were worse and he did not get the channels I got. Very disappointed in the stay

Didn’t like any of it and the front desk associates argued with us about our AC when I woke up all 3 nights sweating. The solution all 3 times was “maintenance is coming tomorrow” never saw maintenance..

Friends staff

Our stay was nice. I requested handicapped accessible rooms. They only had 1 left and they gave to me and it was nice. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. The walk to the room was a bit much for me but I managed. They did brkfst but I slept in so i missed it. But it was close to some really good places to eat. We all really enjoyed our stay.

At 8 oclock we went to the pool . and went to get in our room . witch we couldnt and she moved us to another room but this room is worst the tvs are not working . keep cutting off. I paid my money like everybody else . this is crazy talking about our door lock is out wat kind of stuff is that. My bby needs his treatment . by 10 . and they got me locked out of where i pay good to be treated nice. My original room has holes in the door . walls just sad

Hotel is in a good area but the inside is outdated and dirty! Elevator did not work and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs with luggage is ridiculous! Pool and hot tub were green! Toilet was wobbling and shower dripped all night. Room felt like a sauna when we walked in but did finally cool off! When asked for discount for no elevator working she wasn’t sure if she could do that!

This was one of the worst places I've ever stayed in for the price. First, the lady at the front was on her personal phone and never once said hello to me. I just handed her my ID while she continued her personal call. She finally spoke to me to tell me to put my card in, my room number and hand me keys.The elevator didn't work, had to drag my bags upstairs with two kids in tow. The stairs had half the carpet missing with tack strip still showing. The stairs we also disgusting. Cigarette butts, and trash on them. They didn't look like they had been cleaned in weeks. The room itself was just ok, but also wasn't cleaned very well at all. Overall, do not stay here. There are much better places for the same price. This hotel should have be more like a $60 motel.

The property had been sloppily renovated and would benefit greatly from another renovation. There was a smell in the room and hallway beyond typical hotels with kitchenettes. Otherwise the bed was decent. Cleanliness was acceptable to me. TV was outdated but room was a decent size and kitchenette was functional. Value was ok for price but I feel there’s a lot of room for improvement.

Nice room with two queen size beds. The TV is a little aged and the remotes did not. There was small living room with a kitchen that has a small frig and a stove, and a microwave. The room has everything that you need to stay for long term. The overhead shower faucet does not spray water properly. The bathroom door is a jarred, making it difficult to close and open. The windows at the living and kitchen area need better cover. The blind they have there did not block out the outside light at night, and there were lots of lights outside. There was some sort of machinery noise nearby in the early hrs that is very loud and annoying... I am neutral about this place.
