The room we were given was great except it wd hv been better with a shower room rather than over the bath tub. Staff were very friendly. Personally we are very happy with the hotel. Can't say the same for other pax who were given room with molds and also some were given room on a floor with renovation going on.

Great hotel which is a short tuk tuk ride from every place you'll want to go. Only bad thing is that it's situated across the road from a pub / party location, which means I could still hear the bass and loud thumping although my room was not directly opposite this.

This hotel is pretty decent. The room is comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly. The poor area is nice. I had lunch at the restaurant on site. I ordered a Thai beef salad. It was pretty tasty. It a good budget-friendly hotel that offers some luxury to your holiday.

This is really 5 star hotel. When I arrived they immediately took my luggage and delivered to my room. The provided me a free massage, drink, and the room had fresh fruit complimentary. They arranged pickup and transfer to airport without charge. Staff were professional and the room was beautiful. The food for free breakfast was 5 star, and there is an amazing pool. Its 10 minutes from tickets for Angkor temples, and I would love to stay here again.

I was told a room without window would be offered when I checked in, I was surprised that it is not stated on my booking and if so, I definitely change to other hotels. We are four good buddies travel first time to cambodia, it is really a bad experience. the electric power was off in first night for both rooms, and air-con off on second time, thus electirc power was off again on 3rd day, I must say it was a really disaster when a room no window and no power no a/c. It is really disappointed to the hotels.com and Tara, even the staffs are nice and hospitality indeed, but who is happied with the no-window room hotel in 35C.........................

The check in was very smooth, the receptionist brought me into the room and show me around. Very professional. The staff always had smiles on them. and they are willing to help with any inquiries. The pool facilities are decent and the shower facilities are great. Gym is not the biggest but adequate for small workout. The spa is great after a hot day of walking, the therapist are very professional and the environment is very conducive. Excellent. I will stay there again.
