Good except the pipes in the wall started banging when the upstairs neighbor used the plumbing at 5:30am and woke me up, ruined a good nights sleep and the stay.
Unless I get a room on the top floor, I won’t stay here again

They are finishing up some remodel stuff so it was kinda dusty etc on the ground floor. But, they were very accommodating on setting up the suite for my wife's birthday. Our room was very nice and the staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool. There is a cool steak house across the street.

Remodeling was happening in the lobby area throughout the stay and near the breakfast area in the morning. One of the construction workers was being obnoxious and engaging in attention-seeking behavior- belching and swearing loudly, despite being 15 feet or so away from guests/ families eating the continental breakfast.. Aside from that, it was pretty solid. The bed was comfy and got a good night's rest. My guess is they will be done with the remodel in the next couple of weeks and people won't have to experience this type of weirdness.

Our floor where our room is was completely renovated so that was nice But even the elevator was not done!!?
Would appreciate a rebate from Expedia. It said zero online about hotel under renovation.

The staff were friendly enough, but the property is under renovation with no lobby, barely any place to sit and have breakfast, construction all around and sounds of construction workers working can be heard from the room. We stayed for 2 nights and since we had visited Bryce National Park the previous day, we had come with muddy shoes. The rooms were not cleaned the following day and we came back to a dirty room after a day spent at Arches.

The entire lobby was under construction and torn up pretty much. The hotel staff said we should have received an email saying so, however we did not.
