This property was rebranded from Crowne plaza to Hilton, facilities and decoration might be a bit outdated already. And toiletries are Crabtree & Evelyn which normally adopted by Doubletree. Despite of those, still a good choice if you want to stay in this area.

The first night there was no room service after 10. I didn’t know this until I tried to order food at 11. The third night they had room service but only had a salad or spaghetti available

It was too loud. I could hear cars beeping all night.The first night for no given reason and with no notice the room service kitchen closed at 10.The third night room service was open but of the entire menu they only had Caesar Salad or Spaghetti. And the spaghetti was cold and bland.

I like the overall experience in this hotel, except the way how they clean the floors on the hallway, it made it difficult for me to move my luggage since they cover the carpet with clothes.

Excellent location. The subway is right inside the same complex as the hotel. Lots of shops too.

Our stay is good. Only one concerns is smoking. Our floor should be none-smoking floor but I still can smell smoke.

Pleasant stay. Nice beds n room is spacious. Shower is good. Frontdesk bit lack of manpower. Nice mall with cafe and chill environment. Supermarket in mall. Swimming pool bit small. Gym facility is not complete. Some muscle training machines are lacking. No supervision in the gym despite lots of naughty kids dashing around and playing with gym machines. No staff to instruct or intervene which is totally disappointing. Gym staff is just hiding and enjoying their own time I presume

Nice location, with a high end mall, and Starbucks and restaurants around. Hotel discount on lunch and dinner buffet is I believable cheap and value for money. Worth a try. Overall pleasant stay of 3 nights

city centre and attached to a shopping centre. The staff of which there are a lot do not speak much English.

One word to describe rooms and dining room: Dingy. While this has all the makings of a really good 4-5 star property, it need a major refresh The carpet in my room was just nasty. The best way to desribe the dining room (I ate one dinner and breakfast there), is that the food looks like it was prepared 3 days ago-eat at your risk. Definitely would not return or recommend

Well kept property within upscale shopping complex. Excellent service from staff and comfortable room.

I checked in late and was told that they had to put me in a smoking room because the only non-smoking room had very strong Chinese medicine odor. Even though the room was supposed to have been deodorized, it still smelt like smoke. Not much I could do as my son and I had just flown in from Japan and it was after 11 pm. Overall hotel condition is so so and not the best upkept.

My first night was very uncomfortable. I got a room right next to the elevator lobby, it was the only nonsmoking room available when I checked in. Ends up it was also an accessible unit with grab bars, the bathroom was awkward to use and in poor condition. I could hear everything from the lobby and corridor, as well as the occupants in the adjacent room talking. The next morning I asked front desk to change rooms and they rectified the situation immediately moving me to a club room. Overall the finishes are a little worn, the bed isn't the most comfortable and the sound isolation is poor for 5 star accommodations. Xiamen was the last leg of my China business trip and I had in stayed in better hotels with excellent service up until then. This is also my 3rd visit to Xiamen having tried other hotels previously that were also just okay. For Xiamen this hotel is decent. The hotel grounds are nice, there are several convenient dining options nearby, service was good although I didn't find the front desk warm and friendly. I would stay here again but not without searching further for better accommodations in Xiamen.

Comparable with other international hotel of its class. Recommended to business travelers. Buffet food (freshness and mix of) in restaurant need improvement to live up to the hotel rating.

As always the staff are competent and helpful. The breakfast is great start to the working day. The rooms are large and spotless. We will always return to this comfortable home away fron home
