One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was very professional and attentive, and the hotel is immaculate. It even smells luxurious. Good sized rooms and very well decorated. We traveled with our 2 year old son, and they provided a crib for him which was already in the room on arrival (not always the case in other hotels). They even provided toiletries for kids and extra towels. Housekeeping did a great job. Nice pool and wellness area. Loved the patio!

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Old Town, it was within walking distance of all the major attractions, quaint cafes, and unique shops. Every stroll through the surrounding area felt like a journey back in time, with the rich history of Krakow evident at every turn. Saski Hotel in Krakow’s Old Town district is a gem. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, location, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow, and I look forward to returning in the future.

5 star in every aspect

the hotel is literally 2 mins from the old town square. My room was excellent with good wifi connection. Bath/shower was good as well. They do have a small gym with two running machines, rowing machine and bike, all Technogym and very new. Good set of weights. there is also a swimming pool and sauna!

Amazing hotel, wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I come back to Krakow. Staff were polite, attentive and kind. Rooms were clean and very nice. Breakfast was lovely and the bar/restaurant is great. Very convenient location.

A superb hotel with great facilities. Excellently situated next to the main square, the rooms were decorated to a very high standard. The pool, sauna and steam room were good as well as the gym. Limited menu but what was available was excellent. The only one comment I would make is that the hotel would benefit from having English breakfast tea. I did ask twice but was advised they didn’t have any. If they stocked some, it would make things perfect!
