The room did not have a curtain so the light on the pole shine directly into the room. The shower head did not stay in place above your head so you had to hold it in order to wet yourself. The telephone didn’t work in the room. The AC seemed to have been turned off in the middle of the night because it became hot in the room.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. My bathroom was mold all around my tub. The towels were hard and worn out . The lighting in the rooms were not efficient enough for reading.

I would have given it a better rating but the shower was broken and they need to have curtains up to block the light from the parking lot from shining in all night. Otherwise, it was really comfortable, the staff was really friendly and the breakfast was great.

Overall this property was acceptable, the hotel should spend some money updating the bathrooms. The room had old chalking around the bathtub & stool which made the room look cheap. Easy fixes could make this review a 5 star. Thanks…

We loved everything at this hotel. The breakfast was great,the pool was great,the room was great and everything was clean. The staff that we saw were very helpful with anything we ask about too. The location was good too,close to many restaurants and shopping. It was close to top golf too.

We were on an interstate road trip and the hotel was a good place to stay for one night. The room was clean and comfortable. The main reason we chose this hotel was the included breakfast and it did not disappoint! Very helpful staff as well. Recommend!

Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Blood stain on the comforter, previous tenants hair under the bathroom sink. Breakfast was good.

It was very clean and we had enough room for my family of 7 to sleep. Service was excellent anything we needed it came within minutes of asking. Comfort was good. I would stay again.

My keys had to keep getting updated because they didn’t work. No breakfast because the staff member called in. It was an ok stay but not the best IHG property.

Our stay started with, “I am sorry but we don’t have a room under that name”. However, this lady who I forgot her name but she was the night shift on May 18th was patient and pleasant”. She figured out that someone had already checked in our room. Someone with my same initials was able to check in without their ID being check and so my credit card was charged as well. All of this which was not on her shift, again this lady was awesome with figuring out the issue all with the best attitude.
I thought it was odd that my credit card showed a pending charged earlier in the day before I checked in but didn’t think it was a big deal at the time.
This could have ended really bad such as no more rooms or extra charges on my credit card. I hope that this will be addressed with employees so that nothing like this happens again.

Not good, Upon arrival I was told by the front desk that my online payment was declined and I couldn’t get my room. I proceeded to tell the lady working at the front that my card had been charged when I booked the hotel online through Expedia and I received an confirmation email from y’all as well with details of my booking, I even checked with my bank to confirm my card was charged $172.77 on April 27th . She then tells me I still have to pay again because somehow In their system it says that my card didn’t go through so I was then charged an extra $146.34 for no reason.

Good overnight stay. Quiet, comfy and convenient. Close to plenty of food choices. Decent part of town. My only complaint was that the room did not seem to have enough lighting.

Hotel was quiet and very comfortable. Plenty of outlets and usb ports. The bed was too high. I’m a petite woman and couldn’t get in the bed. I also would have liked an on-site restaurant for dinner. I reserved a room with 2 king beds but was told they didn’t have that type room and was given 2 queens beds. It was fine for one night.
