Hotel was right off I95 which made it convenient for an overnight stay heading either North or South. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Did not stay for breakfast so can not rate that. The only concern we had was being approached twice by a transient person in the parking lot asking us for money.

Can not say enough about the staff. With the storms that were going on when we arrived, we learned that the hotels wyfy was out. This affected all the systems in the area. The staff worked around all this. They were still able to let us check in early (we were there for a wedding). They utilised “old school” paper charts and walkie talkies to get everyone in and settled. Later that night (midnight), some of our group found their hotel to not be what they thought. Our hotel immediately got them in and settled also. They were all absolutely on point. House keeping service and kitchen staff were fantastic. The hotel team could have let the lack of computers and their system make for a terrible weekend, but they definitely rose above! We could not thank them more.

Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Everythung was comfortable. My only concern was that I was told check out was at 11 am, but my reservation and the back of the door said 12 pm. At 11:15 am, housekeeping was knocking on my door and left a loud verbal message about check out. When we left, there wasn't anyone at checkout and housekerping couldn't find them. I left my key near a computer and left.

room not sanitary very smelly& the next room I was placed in had bed bugs ..

Great location. Convenient. Clean. Quiet.

Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable. Hallways were warm for some reason. We stayed in August. Seemed like no air conditioning in hallways.
