The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location so we could walk around downtown and be close to get back. The OJ and fresh donuts in the morning were such a nice treat. We will definitely come back!

Good location, property has some wear and tear but spacious room and decent beds. They have fresh coffee at the front desk, complementary and every day you were offered either a frozen breakfast burrito or fresh hot mini donuts! Very nice staff. The exercise room consisted of a treadmill and an ancient Schwinn exercise, stationary bike, which should be retired.

We are staying at this hotel every time we come to Murphy (~1/year). We like it but we noticed that it getting more neglected. (No towels in the exercise room, some our appliances did not all work, the refrigerator was turned off, freezer did not freeze, etc. Also this hotel does not offer room services, which worked well during the pandemia, but something I would not mind would we stay longer.

And fresh gourmet coffee ,espresso, cappuccino and soft serve ice cream complimentary all day. No breakfast but choice of freshly made mini donuts or breakfast burrito and orange juice delivered in the morning.

The rooms are a little dated, but the staff is so friendly, the rooms are clean, and they try hard. Soft serve ice cream, breakfast items and fresh coffee.

The receptionist was "on a break" eating at the front desk and told us we couldn't check in until she was finished in 30 minutes! Yes, this is us trying to check in here... I had to call the manager and leave a voicemail and try to call Hotels.com to cancel and she finally said the manager gave her a special password so she could check us in... WOW.

Very nice hotel. My only disappointment was not being able to use the pool until 9 am as I like to get up early and swim. I went down at 9:30 to find the pool padlocked but they did open it for me

The hotel was clean enough and fine. The room smelled a bit of old smoke and there was a strange stain behind the toilet. The font desk both times we needed something was super helpful and lovely.

We stayed at Murphy's Suites while visiting family staying at their cabin in Arnold, which was not big enough to fit us all. The other members of our group wanted to swim while visiting us, and not only were they allowed to, but they were treated so hospitably. The staff were great hosts and everything was a "YES" where many hotels would have said NO! They generously offered ice cream and such a welcoming attitude that one family in our group came back and stayed an extra night at Murphy's Suites! The BEST!!!

It was a lovely place, morning breakfast delivery, the decor is awesome and it was very clean. The free ice cream was delicious and appreciate it but we had two people serving it who grabbed the cone with their bare hands and I would have appreciate washing their hands/using a napkin/using the gloves (that were there) to be more hygienic. We had a lovely stay, thank you very much!

the more guests apparently at this motel. they cannot handle on their internet service or tv. invest in better connections. when the tv spends all night buffering that is a problem. because of that i would not stay again.

Loved the hot pool ad regular pool. It was a great experience for the our family of 5 with 3 kids under 7.
Big trees is about 20 minutes away. We went there 2 days in a row. Best experience ever for a family with little kids.

Downside: Fitness center and pool don't open until 9am. Need to open by 8am, before guests head out to their adventures.

Really loved loved loved the place. Mike the manager has been with the company for 30 yrs & he is such a warm, sweet, outgoing person. Everyone should have Mikes employed for them!!! The have supreme coffee at the front desk, frosty soft ice cream too! Fresh donuts for breakfast, delivered right to ur door. We just loved it!

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious size which was a big plus (we had two queen beds), plenty of room for two women to get ready in the morning. Fresh home made donuts and coffee in the morning. Great price and very quiet, we will be back for sure. The only downside was the carpet could be cleaned.

Large facilities- two stories, quiet, clean, amenities were skimpy- no tissues, no streaming service for videos and one of the two TVs did not respond to remote-not a problem just indicating some lack of attention to details. It was a short drive to the old, lovely part of Murphys so we enjoyed walking and having dinner. Bed was very comfortable.

The room had a terrible musty smell. Peeling wallpaper. Overall badly in need of refurbishment. Staff was very nice, room was spacious.

This place is very clean and nice. It has that older feel. But not in a bad way. My kids said it reminded them of their grandmas house. The ladies at the front desk were very nice.
