Was a nice experience in the hotel, the staff of the swimming pool was friendly and helpful. and when I led the hotel , gave to me a bracelet with my name and the name of the hotel! Was amazing. 100% recommended

This hotel is extremely convenient since it is close to the beach and most stores. My only comment is that they should at least cover the hotels making it more private. My initial room cannot have the windows open since the houses across can see you.

Our first visit was in 2017 and we were satisfied with the service/hotel. We decided to come back and give it another try this past December 2023. This time around we were much happier with the hotel/service, seemed like they did some updates to the facility; cleaner and more amenities. The only issue I had was right outside the hotel were people coming up to you left and right trying to sell everything. This is not the hotels fault at all; we chose to stay in that area so that’s what you have to deal with, other than that, the hotel was affordable, clean, and you can’t beat the complimentary breakfast, that was delicious every morning. beachfront, easy access to shops, access to all Boracay ha s to offer. No vehicle access to hotel, had to be dropped off on a small access street & walk to hotel with bags, the same when checking out.

This is our 3rd stay. The staff hands down are very good! The waiting staff John and Marge are the best! Cristina is great at the front desk! However, facility needs a bit of focus. Bathrooms were ok but I’ve seen better cleanliness. The beach was great but the vendors constantly selling to you was a bit annoying.

Property needs to have some rooms updated. Staff are all excellent and are very courteous and very helpful. Everyone went above and beyond expectations. Will definitely book and recommend this hotel to friends and family

Good service. I love this hotel.

The property has to be renovated. You can tell by the looks and smell. There’s a musty smell coming out of the bathroom. It was also raining a lot when we were there, they need to fix their drainage too. Wi-Fi was very unreliable, I ended up using my own data. On the good side, the hotel is at the beach front and very close to restaurants and D’ Mall. Staffs were accommodating and nice. Breakfast was decent too.

The best thing about our stay was the staff. HANDS DOWN. Location is great and the breakast buffet was good every day. Everything was conveniently located. Best for families specially those with kids or seniors

I liked that it was in the middle of Boracay. The location and food options around made it a great spot for me.

We had a nice stay at Le soleil in Boracay. This was our third stay (last stay was in 2012), and the first time with kids. We all enjoyed the hotel because of our room with a loft, the breakfast, the garden, the svimmingpool and that the hotel is beach front and close to everything. But the booking office should update the information they are sending guests after reservation and also at Expedia. It is confusing.

Few steps away with the beach. Restaurants thats kids love are just few steps away. Breakfast is great.

The hotel location is perfect and very convenient to go around at Station 2. The service personnels were very helpful and accommodating to our request. Only improvement is to increase the horsepower of the A/C in the premier room. Overall, our stay was wonderful.

The Hotel itself is in a great location, beach front and close to everything. But what I liked the most during our stay are the polite, friendly and courteous staff. Special mention to Zeph who helped us organized a pick up service from airport @Caticlan to resort and vv.

There was no shower door on the room I was given. The water all over the bathroom floor and there was some safety issue that it was slippery with a wet bathroom floor. The soap and shampoo receptacle was missing at the shower stall other than that, it was excellent. The staff was extremely nice even the security guard was very helpful.The entertainment during dinner needs a little more livelier. The breakfast servers needs to be more keen on refilling the dish containers if it is almost empty. For the the price what guest pays for the breakfast buffet, they need to up the ante on the food. The ice tea was too sweet. The convenience of being by the beachfront was so great. The place could easily solve the minor problems.

Accessibility of hotel from shuttle drop off point is dismal; unfortunately Hotels.com did not indicate availability of shuttle service. We used this service going back to the airport and it was much more convenient specially if one has more than one luggage. Staff are courteous and helpful and hotel is beach front property next to all conveniences. Placement of towels is unsafe and not short people friendly and you have to step on the toilet to reach them. This could be unsafe for heavy set individuals; soap, shampoo holder looked like it fell off and never replaced; mattresses felt old as you can feel the metal springs when you lie down; replacing the mattresses or adding a padding would help.

Off beyond expectations, NO swimming pool and rooms are terrible with extra bed in the floor. NO phone connected and rooms needs an update.

Great hotel in a good location. Staff were wonderful and the breakfasts were great. Private pool area away from the noise and traffic of the strip.

This location was prime in that it’s beach front and it’s close to the mall & restaurants! It’s an older hotel, so the aesthetics of the rooms were on the older end. Their WiFi is NOT strong and their housekeeping is average. They DO NOT change your sheets unless you ask and they do not pick up cups, utensils, etc unless you ask. The staff were kind and attentive, so that was great! The other thing is they do not offer shuttle services like other hotels on the island. They also charged pretty high whenever we requested a car and we had to walk a 5 minute walk to meet the driver. Overall, the location made it worth it, but I probably won’t book here again.
