Our only complaint is the short closets and pegs that were near the ceiling making it impossible to hang towels.

Amazing location and great staff. The rooms are small but the beds are comfy. It can be loud at night but we just put some white noise on and blocked it out. The noise is expected when you're in the heart of the city so it didn't bother us. Staff was always courteous and helpful. I would recommend and revisit again.

AWESOME LOCATION AND STAFF! Only issue is that the room is potentially the most dangerous hotel I have stayed at, due to many poor design issues. Examples: bathroom door is made of mirror glass that swings both ways. Easy to get hit the head at night. It hits toilet when opening inward. Could shatter the glass. Bathtub/shower and floor extremely slippery. Bathtub sides VERY tall, making it hard to safely enter & exit. The large tv (nice) is on the wall in front of bed with only a narrow passage between the wall and bed. Very easy to hit your head on tv. BUT, THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION AND AWESOME STAFF. JUST BE CAREFUL IN ROOM.

We stayed at Vincci Baixa for three nights during our visit to Lisbon. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. While our family of four appreciated the adjoining rooms, they were quite small given the high price. The rooms were very clean, though. Filipe at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering excellent recommendations for restaurants and bus tours. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not share his warmth, often making us feel like an inconvenience.

Felipe made our stay even more enjoyable. We found him extremely helpful. So thank you felipe! He gave us a lot of information and even helped us with our taxi that was really hard to get. Rooms are nice. Shampoo, conditioner, and body sponges are included in the bathroom. There is a safe in the room. Very close to all the attractions. Great location would definitely recommend.

The staff at Vincci deserve special recognition. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for dining and activities, their dedication to excellent service was evidential

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Spent a while giving us an overview of the city and places to eat, things to see. Many reviews state rooms are smaller size and while that is true we were fine with it - it is a smaller boutique hotel. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and it was in a great location to walk to restaurants and waterfront area. Glad we booked this hotel and if we are to visit Lisbon again we would stay here again.

Really great location and was able to walk to most places from hotel, if not there were trains and buses walking distance from hotel. Area felt safe. Had good breakfast buffet options and front desk staff were very friendly and approachable and gave good advice for tourist questions I had.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. I even got a surprise birthday cake with champagne on my birthday while I stayed there. I will come back next time for sure! Highly recommended!

Overall it’s a clean room in an convenient area. However the room is extremely small. We can hardly do anything. No space for luggage. Hard to get in and out of bathroom. Almost no space to walk. We also have to ask for coffee in room everyday otherwise they don’t supply it.

We booked Vincci Baixa after debating between hotel vs airbnb and couldn’t be happier. We stayed for 3 nights on a family room (connecting). Staff was wonderful, always very helpful and polite. The location is great - you can walk to many sightseeing such as Sao Jorge, Se, Santa Justa, etc.
