Our first experience at a Waldorf and it was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful. The concierge helped us plan a sunset cruise, desert ATV tour, and secure a reservation at their exclusive El Farallon restaurant. We stayed in the Dos Mares suite which had two balconies overlooking the Pacific. You could hear the waves crashing onshore all the time even though we were four stories above the shore. Our room was cleaned daily to include fresh bedding. Turn down service included complimentary beer. Our fridge was stocked with complimentary bottled water, juice, and sparkling water daily. All the food was good. The resort is a 5 minute walk from downtown Cabo. Highly recommend you choose this resort for your Cabo trip.

Waldorf Astoria in Cabo is the top reason for us to come back and visit nearly every year. The hotel location is perfect for the best ocean views and super close to other businesses and restaurants as well as the Marina. All the staffs are super helpful and knowledgeable. The room service and my personal concierge did pay attention to detail to every single thing that I like, ex : I like Jack and coke so they always make sure my ice bucket is full and my cup ready every night without me asking for me. They would coordinate every single things that I need, from transportation to tours to restaurant and make sure I get back to the airport on time. So far, this is the best hotel.

Special mention to Mariel, she made our stay incredible, helping us with everything we could possibly need, recomendations, reservations, tour and arranging pretty much everything during our stay, she is amazing!

This property is worth the money if you want the ultimate 5 star plus treatment. The property itself is spectacular and the rooms are beyond comfortable. There are little extra’s like welcome drinks and daily beer/chips/guacamole delivery at 5:00. The hotel is intimate with an unbelievable view of the Pacific Ocean. The champagne bar with swings on the beach is a lovely touch…the spa is an experience unto itself albeit a bit on the pricey side …prices are in US dollars throughout the property. It was hard to leave this heavenly experience and although it was my first time in Cabo and at the hotel it definitely won’t be the last.

From the moment we arrived to the resort we experience the best service we’ve ever got. They greet you with cocktails and take your bags to your room they give you a tour of the whole place and escort you to your room tell you all about your room. The room was beautiful! Didn’t seem real. The food is excellent! Try the hearts of Romain salad with lobster shrimp and anchovies. The pictures we took were amazing the spa was amazing! First class all the way!

The trip exceeded my expectations. The staff was excellent. Very professional. Responsive to all requests - immediately. The were always one step ahead of my needs. The Spa was heavenly. You must spend one full day there enjoying all it has to offer. Dining was an experience in itself!! Some of the best meals and wait staff I have ever had. The rooms are impressive. The beds and linens are so comfortable even with my back issues. This says a lot for the quality of the hotel!

In building 1, we loved the proximity of our room to the beach and the hypnotic crashing of waves. Food was excellent, including breakfast and lunch options. Dinner at El Farallon restaurant is one of of the most beautiful settings imaginable. Cabo has many excellent restaurants to try in the area and this one attracts a lot of guests that are not staying on the property. We spent much of our time in the adults only main pool / bar area. Drinks are legit and well made, not watered down like some resorts. Very laid back atmosphere and you are certain to meet and socialize with other guests. Enjoyed champagne on the beach in the rope swing champagne bar. The location is also great as you are able to walk off the property directly into the marina and town. Security was well managed at the main entrance. The tunnel entrance through the mountain was quite unique. Great spa, but a bit dated in terms of being traditional and lacking some more modern amenities. Still very relaxing and enjoyable. Overall we had an exceptional experience and can't wait to go back. We would recommend this to anyone visiting Cabo.
