Short walk to Shakespeare attractions, dining and the train. We walked everywhere easily. Friendly staff. Breakfast brought to our room. Luggage storage was easy.

Have stayed before just after lockdown when they were bringing your chosen breakfast to the room. We didnt realise they were still doing it that way, we prefer to eat in a dining room. Everything was hot & as requested so perhaps just down to personal preference.

The proprietor was extremely friendly and the area was very quiet. The room was clean, but the beds and pillows were absolutely terrible. They were so thin and hard. The location was great, not super central but and easy 10 minute walk.

Wonderful stay with such lovely hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant as a short walk took you right to the town centre. A fantastic breakfast was served in your room at a time of your choosing. Excellent value for money and I would definitely return there if I ever visit Stratford upon Avon again.

Very nice B & B. Welcoming, clean and good selection for breakfast delivered to room. Fan in room which was very welcome during the night. Location excellent for sightseeing. Very good value for all that was offered. Would recommend.

Within walking distance of everything you want to see in Stratford. And has parking (call ahead as there are only five spots). Ian goes out of his way to make sure your B&B stay is pleasant.

Great location, with very friendly staff, loved the home feeling and breakfast in bed in the morning. The parking is a bit weird to find but once you've found it is very easy and convenient. Super quiet and safe.

the B&B was very clean and the host Diane & Iain were brilliant nothing to much trouble also having breakfast brought to room was a nice touch and plenty of it sent to order also added bonus of free parking and very close to the town centre

Iain was great host ! Efficient , Discreet,. And easily contactable . Amazing breakfast basket to our room my wife loved it !.. Im old school me so i asked him for just a sausage n bacon on toast , brown sauce an fruit juice ! ..He sorted it no problem ! We stayed 3 nites ! Deffo goin back .👌

My room was clean and comfortable, the proprietors were helpful and friendly. Because of Covid my breakfast was delivered to my room, and very nice it was too.

Can not fault the cleanliness of this B&B A warm welcome when we arrived It was a perfect location for the town centre with plenty of restaurants near by If there was one thing that I would change. It would be to have breakfast in a dining room Not in your room But would definitely stay again

Was easy to find in a central location. A short walk to the theater and the rest that Stratford has to offer. The host was very gracious and allowed me to drop my luggage while my room was being prepared. Very happy with my stay.

Well positioned for the main attractions in the town, hop on bus, theater, river and railway station. My room was at the back and quiet. Breakfast is substantial and is brought to your room - probably because of COVID. A pleasant place to stay for a few days.

Iain the owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice, good bit of choice, although it was eaten in the room. All good.

We were very comfortable. The room was extremely clean and we had all we needed. Breakfast in our room was very good and the owner was lovely.We’d certainly stay again. Excellent location and free parking also.

Generally, all very good. Comfortable and very clean, perfectly adequate facilities. Breakfast was adequate but not the best. Could have been because of Covid but it included a lot of things in packets, including the orange juice which was Capri Sun, not proper fruit juice. We felt that 10am was a little early for check out. When we asked if we could leave our car for an extra hour while we went into town, we didn't really get a straightforward yes or no, and were left feeling that we might be causing an inconvenience when it was clear that no new guests would be arriving until much later. Overall though, a good clean, comfortable room for the night that happened to be very close the venue where we were going for the evening. Certainly known far worse places.
