Spacious clean room and easy access to shopping and dining options around.

The young man at the front desk greeted us with a smile after we spent a long drive. We were so tired and hungry & he was so helpful and polite. He even gave us all a bottle of water. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and well stocked. My son enjoyed the pool. Breakfast included many options, each of us were very happy with our stay.

Great staff and very accommodating. Location was perfect. Easy to get to.

We really loved our room it was the queen sweet double bed excellent beautiful room and spacious .the breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. My husband and I looked forward to seeing Javier every morning. He was delightful ! Superb customer service. He kept the food coming and hot conscientiously looking after everyone's needs . Awesome friendly face had my husband and I laughing and is enjoying ourselves each start of the morning. Excellent, courteous, and friendly front desk service. Only negative was I had to request housekeeping service during our 5-day stay. Somehow our room was initially overlooked. However the service was very good. Also the chairs and sofa were stained in the dining area that definitely need to be cleaned. However putting this aside we were extremely grateful and enjoyed our stay. Definitely coming again and we do recommend five stars for this hotel. The Teter's

The sink did not drain and no housekeeping came until we asked for it. They were very nice. Also we extended a 3rd day and were tole when extended it would be at the same rate. When checking out tried to charge more for the room. That was not pleasant. The staff were great! Housekeeping did a good job providing towels. There was also an issue with the pool gate on the right side. It would not open for any for the guests. Otherwise good stay.

Good vibes

Our room was very nice and clean. The elevators were not kept very clean, the floors and walls were dirty. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean as well as stocked with towels. The breakfast bar was nice at six when I went down for coffee but at nine thirty when my daughter and I went to eat all the food that was remaining was cold. The light coffee was gone. There were a lot of guests fighting for the remains cold food. Staff had to be found and asked to provide plates and food.

Nice hotel but the beds in our room were like sleeping on a medieval torture bed! Horrible nights sleep for all of us. But the hotel location was great. Starbucks across the street and an Applebee’s Nextdoor. Very clean. Large room. They just need new mattresses!

Nice, quiet, clean property. The heated pool was a definite plus. The location was central to our wineries, dining, and shopping in Healdsburg, Geyserville, and Calistoga.

I come here for work from time to time. It’s always comfortable and convenient. I’ll be back for sure.

Convenient location to an event we were attending. Very comfortable room. Lobby was under construction, so breakfast location was modified. Still excellent!

Missing conditioner in the shower, shower curtain was so short that the entire bathroom floor is soaked after each person, digital keys never worked and the front desk said that wasn’t his problem it was Hilton’s. Room didn’t have trash cans that held more than 2 water bottles. Breakfast was definitely lacking, luckily the Starbucks across the street was easy to access by foot. Definitely not worth $500 a night. It’s just meh.

All was good with the hotel but the breakfast was very sad. Potatoes were cold and the center was raw or frozen. The fruit looked like it was poured out of a bag, sitting and brown on some of the pieces. The oatmeal was not ready for consumption.

Clean and friendly

I had high hopes for this stay because the pictures looked decent. During our stay all of the floors in the lobby, elevators and halls looked like they could use a good mopping for laminate surfaces and shampooing for carpets. There was garbage at the front desk and in the elevator hallways on multiple occasions. The room was decent but for the price I was hoping for nicer bedding and for the hotel in general to be cleaner. Breakfast was mediocre, pool was closed for repairs and they did not have extra pillows which we needed for the pull out sofa bed for my daughter. I wouldn’t stay here again and was a bit disappointed.

Room was mostly nice but the bathroom had a really bad smell and no fan to ventilate. The pool was closed due to broken handrail but the jacuzzi was open. The bed was comfortable. The worst thing about this hotel is the breakfast, it was so awful. Even the oatmeal was inedible. One day is was so watery it was basically soup, but the next day it was thick and pasty and ice cold before 8am.

Was perfect for two senior women who were attending a family function nearby. Like the convenience to freeway and close by shopping and dining. While breakfast was more than continental, it would have been nice to have more fresh fruit options.

The staff at this facility was exceptionally accommodating. They honored our request for rooms to be near each other, they answered all questions thoughtfully and went above and beyond to be helpful. The building itself is a little dated, especially in light of the high room rate at the time we were there. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the sofa seemed a bit worn, the door from the bathroom bumped the sink behind it and made a thudding sound. The heating and cooling system was a little quirky but manageable. Breakfast was average. Nice they figured out how to avoid wasting milk used for cereal or coffee by putting it in a server (rather than individual containers). No plain cheerios which was disappointing. Only grape jelly for toast etc.--strawberry would be nice. Lots of fruit and snacks available all day though, which we appreciated. The pool area is pleasant enough and heated and there is an attached hot tub, always an appealing feature. The exercise area is well-maintained. The convenience of staying at this hotel cannot be overstated. It is across the street from coffee, bakeries, good restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store, not to mention frozen yogurt. You can even get a massage or a mani/pedi if you're in the mood. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I loved that it was located right near the highway for easy access to go to different towns, there was plenty of food options across the way and in the area, everyone was really friendly as well.
