The carpets in the hallways and rooms are being replaced and it’s a welcome change. The room was clean and we really appreciate the bigger bathrooms, compared to many hotels in the area. Breakfast was good and the property seems to be very clean. It was an all around good experience. We’d definitely stay at this hotel in the future

The building and grounds were dirty and garbage all over and not picked up for the 4 days we stayed there. Chek in staff was too busy on the phone talking to friends. The hotel was putting in new carpets and the jacuzzi had gravel and dirt in the bottom.how this hotel was rated so high is a joke. Never stay at this hotel again

The front desk never seemed to have anyone sitting at it, but with a little coaxing service was quick to follow. It was extremely disappointing to discover that there were NO TOWELS at the pool. There needed to be a more active PRESENT staff. Yes, the place is older & showing its age. The breakfast was great. The staff when you saw them were super!

Unimpressed… no AC running in lobby and breakfast area.
First room AC and TV not working.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Checkout was 11am but housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:30 am.
Breakfast was ok except no eggs.
When I asked.. order didn’t come in but another guest over heard my being told and interjected that her son brought her eggs earlier.
Front desk staff came but as I’d booked w hotels.com no reimbursement was possible. This is how they get away w this sub par issues as customer has no recourse.

The room was nice and big, the bed was comfy and the pool had a mini waterslide.

Very good breakfast with lots of choices. Comfortable rooms. I was amazed at how quiet our room was for a weekend. No doors slamming or load talking. We were at the end of the hall though. Common area floors were in need of heavy cleaning and tables in dining room need scrubbing with a good cleaner as the felt sticky.

Wifi wasn’t reliable and the hotel is in need of a good Reno. I understand this was a pet friendly hotel, but it seemed like we had an animal staying with us and won’t don’t own one.

The rooms were very spacious but outdated and malodorous. We weren’t notified that they didn’t change towels or take out the trash without notifying the front desk staff and we were there for 5 days

Had to demand the staff to change the bedding as there was dirt and grime on the sheets and comforter. When they pulled off the fitted sheets there were brown spots on the mattress protector. NASTY! Staff seemed very irritated. We were here due to a family medical emergency and there were no other hotels available. Staff refused to give any money back. Staff could not give us another room because they were sold out. We paid $455 for 1 night!! Will not be staying here ever again.

For as expensive as this hotel was I would have rather taken my chances somewhere a lot cheaper. We couldn’t sleep because the people above us sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling all night. Couldn’t find a front desk person to handle the situation. The next night there was a dog barking constantly. The pool had so much chlorine in it that none of the kids could swim for very long. The rooms were filthy. I travel for work and have never stayed somewhere so bad that was so expensive. Even when calling the number and complaining they acted annoyed and offered no help. This was by far the worst experience in a hotel.

It's hard to be a front desk late night person. But smile a little more. Customers are looking for their reservation and begin to feel relaxed. But, it's a clean and affordable!

My stay was comfortable but I could not help but notice the rooms are a bit dated and run down. i.e. worn carpeting, old light fixtures, worn out usb charging ports, and undersized, olderTV's in the rooms. The quality of the breakfast offerings are also a bit sub par. I stay in a lot of hotels and I would expect a bit more effort put in for the above $100/night price point. On the plus side, I did appreciate the amenities store offerings. A+ there.

We arrived and had to wait about 10 minutes because no one was at front desk, sign said helping customer. Got to our room and door was open and was not latched. My son looks around room and finds an empty beer can and a football under the bed. There is a plate or old bracket hanging on wall with the sharp part of the screws pointing out. There is no wall decor. The tv is too small, need at least a 42-48in. 1 light switch in bathroom doesn't work. The sound proofing is bad, some one has a dog down the hall i can hear barking. Overall we wont be staying here again unless somethings change.

Nice, spacious room. Strong and very unpleasant chemical air freshener smell in the room. Other family members staying there did not have same experience. Had to launder everything and air out luggage to remove the smell.
Chlorine smell in the pool area was so strong it made our eyes burn even though we were not in the pool. Caused the children playing in the pool to cough, we cut our pool time short due to excessive chlorine.
