The bathroom walls had feces on it. Shower curtain has mildew. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. Only 2 towels & 1 washcloth.

This hotel is a dump. The room was gross. Moldy discoloration on the walls, dirty stains on the curtains. There were live ants on the bathroom towels, moths on the pillows and termite dust in the bathroom. The doorframe around the inside of the bathroom door was missing and the inside exposed wood was had termite holes throughout. I would not recommend ever staying here.

Nice inexpensive place for a nights stay. Downdide, close to highway 27, lots of truck traffic and noise.

The rooms were clean but in desperate need of painting . The bathroom wall was white but had so much filth on it it was very dirty looking as a result. Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. I did not see any bigs like other has stated on their reviews.

Worst stay ever and actually literally rented the room went and got food when we can back and noticed the bugs we literally left right back out so it qas a wasted of almost 90 dollars .. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here … horrible hands down

They switched hotel's to another one 10 mins north.

Dirty, exhaust vent, tea bags on the floor, black mold behind the dirty seal in the shower pan. Bugs on ceiling, live small caucarouch in the sink. Ceiling light full of dead bugs. Plus the very noise AC that's was impossibly to sleep after a hard day of work.

Dirty bath towels passed off as clean towels. Roaches, roaches and more roaches!!! Run down is a compliment. I would give them 1 star only because there was electricity and running water.

This hotel was terrible.people were partying all night in front of our door.laughing singing and smoking pot.we were afraid to step out or call someone.the party in front of our door ended at about 2am.we left early the next morning talked to manager about refund. He said flatly no.we could not go back as we has reservations for the next 3 nights, the next morning there were cops all over the place.we could not go back even if we wanted, found out the next day there was a death due to drug overdose

A roach crawled across the bed while I was in it. Someone knocked on my door at 10:00 PM, 2:00 AM and 4:00 AM looking for Bobby and/or Mike.

This property was poorly kept, unsafe, could not actually sleep due to the feeling of someone going to steal my vehicle and or break in to the room.

they "lost" my reservation. arrived and they had no room available rude dirty unsafe...what a joke...dont waste a sec on this place

According to the hotel manager expedia did not make my reservation, The place is a dump and I had to find another hotel. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN!

The property looked bad. The rooms were pretty good. Great even, in comparison to outside. But the sheets were stained and that was gross. The staff was friendly and took time to make sure my stay was good. Unfortunately, the property was just bad. Spend more money and go elsewhere if you want to feel comfortable.

Smelling like mold. And cigarette smell.... bathroom not clean either

the only thing I missed was an ice machine. Otherwise it was clean, neat, basic, on the main road, convenient to downtown and to where I needed to go, easy in and out. Refrigerator was cold, they cleaned and made up the room daily. Very nice. Front desk man helped me get the computer wifi connection working.

There are some very mixed reviews here so was a little apprehensive, but, it was the closest hotel I could get to Sebring for SuperSebring. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, spotless and cleaned every day. There was an amount of road noise as it’s just off a main road but it wasn’t terrible. No extra charges, no issues at all. It’s not the fanciest place but it didn’t resemble some of the reviews it’s got here. I would stay again

There were"guests" in the room above us who kept on walking back and forth all night long, the wooden floor cracking as they went, like they were about to crash thru the ceiling. Loud phone conversation at 2:45a, loud conversation in the escape stairs in the back around 4:30-5am. When do these guys sleep?

The people above us were very loud and we were glad they went to bed about the same time as we did. At Midnight there was a drag-race happening down main street that work us up

The property was in terrible shape that we drove through what they called a parking lot and did not stay due to the delipidated condition of the property and building.

This was a motel along our route of travel, economic and for the most part clean. However, there was no breakfast, the decoration was old and worn, some things did not work correctly. The lady at the front desk was not too friendly, but perhaps it was because of the area.

People partying loudly next door the first night. Second night, people in the next room fighting so loudly you can hear every word at 130am. Was not a happy camper. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ok room. Spacious. Location on busy road. Noisy with vehicles at times especially motorcycles. Close to restaurants.
