The bedroom was a very good size. The facilities were good, especially the Onsen and the staff very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very generous and the food in the restaurant was plentiful and of a very good standard
The corridor was very shabby and had an unpleasant smell! Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Years ago the Loisier hotel had a reputation as a 5 star facility. Located adjacent to a shipping port the property is dated. We found the beds to be uncomfortably firm. The staff, when available is polite and helpful. We did not use any of the amenities except for the 7-11 convenience store on the lobby level.

Overall not bad, I and my husband are busy exploring Okinawa, we did not use the hotel facilities until the last day when we do not have a car. We use the indoor swimming pool and
Are happy with it . But there isn’t must option on restaurant. I see some are not open like Chinese food. I eat at the hotel breakfast every morning but are the same everyday until the last day I saw that we are able to change to streak but too late.

It will be better if the counter staff could give related information of some enquiries. Since we have 8 adults, 3 kids and 1 baby, we need to book cars to the airport. The counter staff just said no taxi can be booked and that's it.
Finally, when we tried to find ways at the entrance to see if there were any transportations to the airport, the staff at the entrance told us that we could reserve 2 cars and paid the transportation fee.
Therefore, it would be better if the counter staff could give us information/suggestions about the car reservation service instead of just told us no taxi can be reserved so that visitors can save time to find ways to the airport for a big family group.

Rooms were older, mattress was a bit hard, pillows were not the soft ones I'm used to - but - Breakfast was amazing. There's Lawson or a 7/11 inside, I forget which one. You could buy souvenirs inside too.

It was under construction so pool locker room was not open nor indoor pool. You also needed to pay to use the hotel onsen, which is normally free in Japan if you are a hotel guest.
