Love Hilton and always chose to stay at a Hilton when possible, but this was almost gross. The carpets were stained in the hallways terribly. It looked like there had been a weird patch job on the ceiling everywhere and dirt showing in other places, cabinets in the room had water damage, rust in the bathtub. The staff was great, the facility could use updates.

It was a great hotel for the price. Excellent location. The pool was nice but as of two weeks ago, there is no longer a hot tub. No issues with the room.

The hotel super clean and easy access. My only complaint is that I had a reservation and the hotel couldn’t find it the day before check-in. I had to pay a higher price for the same room since I had to make a new reservation the day before arrival. Once I arrived to the hotel at check-in hotel employee found the first reservation the first try. I was very upset and asked why they couldn’t find it before, she said they must of input your last name incorrectly. I do have an ethnic last name which is also long but I called the hotel five different times and spelled my last name and first name every time. I just don’t understand how is it that they couldn’t find it and during check-in it was so easy to find it!!!

Our stay was good, ceiling fan in room was very dirty. Roof top terrace was nice, wish it had more space. Only 4 tables very small for the hotel size. Wish bar service/food was open later to accommodate guests when there.

Not so good. Parking was too expensive. I opted for free breakfast and had to pay $20 per person.

The staff here were amazing. Treated my 3 kids incredibly. My family stayed here after staying at 3 other hotels. Having to pay for the exact same breakfast that comes free everywhere else was a bit of a bummer. Same goes for paying for parking, but I guess that’s what you get in Nashville!

Good location near Music Row and only about an $11.00 Uber ride straight down Broadway to all the honky tonks and bars. Very friendly staff.
Didn’t like the very expensive parking - $45.00/day. Also, there was water line construction right below our window that started each day at 7:30 a.m., but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault. But it did suck!

The property charges for parking. We had a handicap placard, and valet parks cars with non-handicap plates/placards in those spots. A/C issues, room never got cool enough. Maintenance came 3-4 times to check. They do not offer room service, which the site states they do. The pool/jacuzzi area had missing/sharp coping, as well as areas in the pool that were sharp. The pool/jacuzzi were dirty.

Disappointed with the quality if this hotel for the price. Not Hilton worthy. We had air conditioner issues, pool needed repair, front desk wasn't accomedating . No longer had a shuttle which was main reason for booking again. Parking too high for quality. Will not recommend again

The lobby room was very clean. Staff was super friendly & helpful with all my questions. There are a lot of food/bar options within walking distance that are open late. Valet was very fast bringing my car back down when I called (you can also request your car with a link they text you). Overall great experience! Breakfast is not included though which is probably on the listing and I just missed it

Lizard in pool(have photos), hair in food (have photos), random people walked into my room with my family inside! Felt unsafe and uneasy about that

The hotel was pleasant and check in was super easy. However, there is major construction going on next door and you could hear the jackhammer from 6am to 6pm (every day except Sunday)
I would suggest calling ahead to see if this construction is still going on before booking because it is VERY loud. The staff was not very responsive or pleasant when asked about it.
