We stayed at this hotel for one night while attending my nephew’s graduation training, and it was a great choice! The location was excellent—close to many attractions, stores, and a variety of food options, making it very convenient. The polo field was also just a short drive away, which was a big plus for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It made our short stay stress-free and enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

I booked a room and was unable to make my reservation due to a family emergency. I contacted the hotel and they refused to refund my money and was very rude and disrespectful. I’ll never stay with is hotel again. Things happen that’s out of our control and people should have more compassion in this world. Either way family first.

The room needs an update and improvements . needs improvement on their bed and pillows. The bathroom was dingy doors and vanity in terrible shape, shower didn’t have no water pressure. refrigerator loud all night . Ice machine not working.

Arrived to backed up leaking sink. Paid extra for the jacuzzi suite. Was not offered the difference in price for adjustment. Same room (109) was not stocked with towels, tub was dirty and the shower had no curtain, last time we tried to get this room for our anniversary. Disappointing and disgusting.

Staff was exceptionally nice and efficient. Plenty of dining options within the vicinity. The property has seen better days. The room was clean but outdated. There was an unpleasant smell which we couldn't tell whether it came from the AC or the carpet. We purchased room spray to combat this as we were there for two nights.

Front desk was very friendly, unfortunately that’s where it stopped for the food things about this location. My son and I were there for a graduation event, the hotel was not to far from Ft. Sill. When we entered the room it had a mildew smell, we bought a plug in to help with that. The bed I had had small black dog hair on it, I’m guessing they didn’t change the blanket. The breakfast was mediocre at best, I have stayed at La Quinta before but this was probably the worst.

We encountered several staff members during our one-night stay - all were extremely polite and professional. The room was clean. The only issue was the high humidity in the room. We turned the temp down a couple of degrees, but no luck removing the humidity - carpet even felt slightly damp to bare feet. We didn’t bring up the issue, as I doubted there was much they could’ve done considering the outdoor summer heat and humidity. Overall we had a good stay.

I left my cube and watch charger on the night table, when i called the hotel for them to be returned to me, they said the cleaning lady did not find them, i know i left them there in room 411, cleaning lady stole them, i wont ever stay there again
