1 night trip passing through. Excellent value. Very clean and updated. Friendly people.

The first thing that happened was the the card reader for the room was not working so I was moved to a different room. The person at the front desk (sorry I forgot the name) was very helpful with getting that sorted out. The area does have a lot of food options so that guests don’t have to drive far. That hotel itself seemed okay but after reading reviews I was expecting more, especially with the breakfast. Pictures and reviews made it seem great so my expectations were high. There were a lot of options but the quality of the food was not great. The sandwich roll I got was stall and the eggs were bland. The room was spacious but the walls are thin so I could hear people in the next room. I also did care for the bathroom sink being outside the bathroom. The other issue was that someone had left a small bag of garbage outside the door and it stayed there until I left. One other downside was that the refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment. After traveling on the road it would be nice to have a freezer for the ice packs I put in the cooler. If I stayed in Wichita again I may stay at this hotel if the rate was good enough but I would definitely look for other hotels.

We have stayed here a few times, and it’s been wonderful every time. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the rooms are immaculately clean and spacious, and the gym and pool are nice.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice. The whole property was clean and updated. The breakfast had a nice variety and the food was good. Bonus tip: if you are too lazy to go out, Dominos delivered very quickly. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

If anyone is looking into staying here I highly recommend you don’t. We checked in and we were in room on the first floor, we started smelling something bad, looked around and noticed our AC unit was filled with mold. Went to the front desk and asked for a new room, the lady swiped me a new key and moved us to the 3rd floor and said “if this room doesn’t work I don’t know what to tell you.” So we moved. Roomed seemed better. Then we went to bed, pulled out the “couch bed” which is a trundle under the couch. Tons of paper and wrappers were under the couch. At this point I just picked it up. Next day we went to breakfast. My husband and son only ate the eggs, the rest of my family had cereal. About 4 hours later my husband and son becoming very ill. This continued for the rest of the day. Only thing I could link it to was the eggs since that was the only thing they both had that day. Went to bed that night woke up and there were bugs on my bathroom floor. Last straw, went down to tell the manager and she said if you don’t have pictures of it all then I can’t do anything. And I told her about my family being sick and she basically dismissed me and said they have never had a problem before so there is no way it was their fault. I said so you are calling me a liar and she said no, she just didn’t think it happened because of their food. I told her we had bugs in our room and she said well if you didn’t take pictures then they weren’t there.

Nice lication and friendly staff

I stayed for one night with my Kids/teena passing through. We arrived late and the pull out sofa bed was filthy. Had a used straw, hair, food crumbs, and what looked like urine stains on it. The shower did not drain and the bathroom fan was so loud, I had to turn off immediately . The front desk was very polite otherwise would have given it one star. She offered to switch rooms but it was already super late so we made it work not sleeping on that sofa mattress. The headboard for main bed also had holes in it. Marriott has definitely gone downhill

Nice place to stay

The room was fairly clean and comfortable and had a great layout. Big downside, we couldn't use the pool, you couldn't even stand to walk in the pool room, it was way over chlorinated. Made your eyes burn in seconds.

Awesome! It was perfect for our needs. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, and great rooms. The only complaint is the sofa bed mattress was really bad. Otherwise - 10/10

Clean premises and professional staff

My family and I stayed here for my niece's graduation. We love the location of the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and friendly, which is so refreshing today. The room was clean and comfortable. I would say that the headboards need to updated and well as the shower. The water pressure wasn't strong. My family enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, we enjoyed our mini vacation and we would stay here again.

Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Layout of the room was a little odd but it had everything you might need. Air conditioner was trying to keep up and it never got below 71 (even with the hotel lock set at 68). Shower temperatures were good but shower spray was not that great. Hotel was quiet even though it is nestled in a nice little business/entertainment center. We walked to Chicken N Pickle, the eateries, and the movie theatre. There was also a bowling alley/arcade center in with everything else, too. We enjoyed our stay.

The personnel at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was even better than we imagined.

I was very pleased with everything that I experienced in the hotel. We were in town for a huge bowling tournamant. This was my third consecutive year in the tournament, staying elsewhere. Our group plans on coming back to this place next year for our stay.
