Excellent hotel in a quiet area but walking distance to everything. Excellent AC, which really matters on those hot days! Beautiful view of the Cathedral out my window. The only thing that would’ve made it better would be a small fridge for cold drinks. Overall a great stay- highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. I arrived around 1:00 pm. It was great that the room was ready. The Wi-Fi worked well. There was plenty of hot and cold water. The air conditioner worked well. Even though the room was by the entrance to the hotel, my sleep was not interrupted with my earplugs. There are restaurants nearby. The cathedral was a short walk away. The ride from the Toledo train station cost about nine euros. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Lovely small hotel well situated for the old town

Toledo is a great place to explore! Hotel Isabel was clean and quiet though in the centre of the old town.

This was a charming hotel for our stay in Toledo. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend it. Driving was tricky with our larger rental car however the staff directed us to a nearby parking garage which worked well.

The hotel staff are wonderful, very helpful, and pleasant, especially Angel, Erica, Juan & Lourdes. The breakfast was excellent-huge and fresh croissants, yogurt, Spanish ham, cheese, orange juice, and coffee. The streets are very narrow so you must drive carefully. It is best to drive a small car. We drove a 9-passenger van and we had to park away from the hotel and outside the town area with the help of Angel, Juan & Lourdes. Everything is within walking distance from this hotel. The room we stayed in initially had an a/c problem. A temporary stand-alone a/c was provided but after one very uncomfortable night in this room, Angel was able to give us a much better room. Thank you, Angel! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Beautiful old city with character

This hotel is in a fantastic location very close to all the stunning historic attractions Toledo has to offer. The roof terrace is fantastic and a great place to unwind after a day walking round Toledo .

Pros: Lovely historic hotel in nice quiet location. Pleasant helpful staff at front desk and in housekeeping. Cons: 1. The included breakfast wasn’t very good (choice of toast with either a croissant or two pieces of mealy/unripe fruit). Breakfast staff efficient but surprisingly inhospitable. 2. Really easy to hear through the walls all sounds from above and adjoining rooms. Bring earplugs or pray for quiet neighbors. (You could hear the toilet/sink running thru the wall..a first for me). I’d stay here again, but I’d be better prepared next time.

The staff were very helpful. Hotel very convenient to the main sites in the old town.

Very small rooms and breakfast that is included is the same every day and doesn’t have many option. AC managing is challenging. Even though the stuff is very friendly at the reception the English could be improved.

Nice view from terrace

This hotel was situated in the centre of Toledo just a short walk to the sightseeing and shopping areas. Just perfect for us. Driving to the hotel the streets are very narrow so extra care is needed.

Lovely hotel in an old building in the heart of old Toledo. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was that we couldn't control the heat, so it was warm at night. We opened the window as a solution. Breakfast was reasonable and good. The management recommended a few restaurants. The on very near the hotel is excellent, but only open around the weekend.

Fantastic small hotel 100 m from Toledo Cathedral. Rooms are not too large, but evening on the private terrace with amazing view above the roofs is absolutely unforgettable. Location is superb. Hotel is clean.

Hotel Santa Isabel is clean, safe and near everything you want to see and do in old Toledo. The staff is friendly and most helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel Santa Isabel was right in the center of it all in Toledo. Very clean and beautiful hotel and friendly staff who helped with all of our needs (from dining to parking). Highly recommended. My favorite hotel out of 6 different stays as I traveled through Spain’s major tourist hotspots.

Great property inside the heart of Toledo. Super easy walking to all the main sites within Toledo. Such an amazing town and the hotel was beautiful and the staff were so accommodating.
