It was beautiful, from the rooms to the grounds. Very peaceful with a view to the hills beyond. Good pool and very friendly drinks sevice there too. Short walk to the beach, though its best walking a little further along to find the pergect spots.

Wow what can I say what an experience we loved it, upon arrival till departure we loved it all, the staff, room, everything was on point. It was our 10 year anniversary and the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure we had a remember able stay, it was shocking and well worth it. Did definitely say here again...

Our room was huge, very clean and with a terrace. The floors are raised off ground level though so you can hear everyone when they are walking about as they are very creaky. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you as the bar takes last orders around 10.30. There is a main strip a walk away with bars and restaurants though. Food excellent, staff lovely, setting beautiful. I can highly recommend it.

Buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of items. We also had the Thai Buffet dinner and that was also fantastic. We even managed a few massages and found this to be very relaxing. My only comment would be the water pressure in the shower was very soft but overall very impressed with our stay.

Perfect if you like it a little more calm&quiet, at least in June/low season (when it could rain A LOT). Beach is a short walk, main road 10 minutes. Breakfast remarkable, also staff VERY friendly and always reading your thoughts, for more coffee (good) or more beer. Houses needed some restorations, ongoing already. Very nice property all in all. I‘ve enjoyed it all (sorry, not the spa).

A great resort just by the beach. Friendly service, an excellent breakfast buffet of fresh food options, a comfortable room with a cosy bed and all of the amenities. A feature of the stay was an excellent soul resetting Thai massage... a little more expensive than the options down by the beach but the ambience of the Bhandari spa made it worth every Baht.

We stayed here for a week and had zero issues the entire time. The resort is intimate and just off the main road so there is not much traffic or noise pollution but close enough to any restaurants. The facility itself is well maintained, the mattresses and pillows were very firm, and AC was powerful. Wifi was powerful, we had no issue connecting wherever we were. The staff is very friendly, the service is prompt and whenever we had a special request, it was met promptly. Daily breakfast buffett is nice, has western eggs, pancakes, toast, meats, salad bar, fruit, and Asian delights like rotating curry, stir fry, noodles, and soup. The beach is right across the street. There is only one pool that is medium size, I could imagine at capacity the pool area would become full pretty quick. If you're okay staying in Khao Lak then this is probably one of the best value and well-run resorts in town. If you're more adventurous and plan to spend a majority of your time off resort, I would recommend staying farther north which is a little more vibrant.

Good location close to city, 5 minutes walk. Garden is amazing, beautiful flowers, trees and fish. Relaxed swimmingpool area. Staff is fantastic. Smile and helpfull. Good in english We rented mc at the hotel, good service. A bit overpriced minibar and laundry. To be recommended

Traditional Thai Resort . We had a Bungalow surrounded by lush vegetation and water features . Great experience at this Resort . Stall are all extremely welcoming and efficient . We were sorry to leave and will come here again . Breakfast was varied and really good .

The hotel is created like a botanical garden. This is very lovely. In low season you have no beach, because of the waves. Only in the evening the water goes back and you can walk at the very small beach strip. Every day are tons of plastic at the beach. You havte go by Taxi to see nice and white sandy beaches.

Loved the green environment, the Thai style bunglow was cozy and welcoming. The hotel was a bit dated but still in good condition. It is a walk across to the beach and what we loved most is the convenience to the super market, some shopping and good food.

My only complaint was that the AC was loud and rather aggressive but im not a fan AC, my room mate thought it was great!The pool area is lovely and the staff are so attentive and friendly. I have really great days there if I would be back to Phuket, this would be always my first choice!!!!!

We originally booked a single room which we upgraded to a bungalow after the first week. Really enjoyed our stay especially after the upgrade. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our family stayed at The Sands (just up the road) but would probably have preferred Bhandari as it was much smaller and certainly much more a Thai experience whereas The Sands was huge and much more modern but just didn't feel Thai and could have been anywhere in the world. Meals were excellent with a wide variety of Thai and European food available at typical cheap prices. Pool was very good and family friendly with ample lounges readily available.
