We found this to be a nice place to stay, with comfortable beds, good wifi, kitchenette worh full-size fridge. No kitchen utensils or cookware though. Front desk was very personable and welcoming. Reasonably quiet with gas station/convenience store nearby. Close to I-35. Plentiful shopping & dining but not especially nearby. All in all a good stay--we'd return.

My biggest issue with this room was the bed. It was definitely not a queen like I asked for and the bed itself was not comfortable at all. Other than that it was a nice room.

Pretty solid for the price. Overall pretty clean and spacious rooms. Front desk employees were fantastic and super welcoming. Would stay again purely for the price.

Nice hotel. We loved the laminate floor and the full size refrigerator. Everything was clean and had a comfortable queen size bed. We liked it so much, we're coming back for another stay this weekend.

Overall, a good/no frills motel to stay at. My room had a burner but no pots, pans, plates, etc. checkin was smooth & easy and the staff was friendly.

My only complaint is the mattress was hard and uncomfortable and there were tons of cigarette butts in the parking lot. The staff were very friendly and everything inside was clean and well maintained. The area seems pretty safe and it was close to the MNU campus. I only marked good for cleanliness due to the cigarette butts.

Outstanding property, staff, amazing room.
I needed to stay 2 nights was told only one available, next day as I was checking out told I could stay another night. Too late, I had booked another hotel & couldn’t get a refund. I MUCH prefer this hotel. I only wish the App knew the actual availability of rooms. The other hotel was awful.

Our room was nice and clean, the beds were good and the kitchenette was very handy to have. Nice sized refrigerator. Good quality towels. The entire building smelled nice. Good quality for the price point.

The was a super low cost option and honestly I was concerned it was a bad choice (I’m kind of bougee). I was pleasantly surprised from check in to check out. The facility and the room were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything I need. Nothing fancy but everything I needed. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. Well worth the cost and I would consider staying here in the future. The only reason I wouldn’t is because it’s a little far from where I do business.

No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom but front desk will give you some if you ask.
I had a slight issue with a door in my original room and they got me in a new one right away.

Studio 6 is clean and a good place to stay while we visit family in KC. It is dog friendly. The staff is friendly and the location is great, close to the Interstate and shopping. I love the hard surface floors…

Nice and clean place to stay. Had amenities for a studio but there was a $100 deposit upon check-in required. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on any of the other booking sites when I made my reservation but when I checked in it was a bit of a shock. I was told that it was refundable upon check out, so I’ll be checking my statement to see if I did get the refund. I feel that is something that should be mentioned prior to booking so that people can plan for it other than that this is a very clean facility and the washer and dryers work great which is rare.

My second time staying here and it’s still a great place to book. Staff is friendly, QuikTrip is right across the street so it’s very convenient. The place is always clean and smells clean.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Coffee and hot water, but no breakfast. No shampoo, Kleenex, but ample towels and soap. I appreciate more than toiletries is the more reasonable price for a place to sleep. Ample parking, easy on, easy off freeway access. Good bar & grill, Wallaby’s, just down the road for something to eat.
