A great property right across the street from Wroclaw’s beautiful market square. Kind staff, good rooms, and yummy breakfast!

Professional and friendly Staff eager to help going the extra mile honestly even better than 5 star hotel

The hotel was very nice and clean. And the breakfast was really good. Close to shopping & resturants too. However I have a few complaints. First of all no one came to clean our room, emty the trashcan, gave us new towels or fillled up toiletpapers. Secondly, as we had to check out and leave at 3.30am I had ordered and recieved confirmation to get 5 breakfastbags to bring along to the airport. This was missed and we had to buy our own breakfast at the airport.

The location of the Europeum Hotel was excellent, within walking distance to everything you'll want to see/do in Wroclaw.

Great location,nice clean hotel,friendly staff .Downsides were ,windows that don,t open (i do like a bit of fresh air),room was rather warm ,even though we had it on the lowest setting. Breakfast......Although the breakfast was lovely ,the hot food did keep running out eg. When there were eggs the bacon had gone and vice versa.This is not to criticise the waiting on staff ,the girl was running around ,and could have done with help

A beautiful , comfortable , spotless hotel . The food in the restaurant was beautiful and very cheap . The one problem was that the amount of food was very little or none and we had to wait a while for it to be cooked and still very little brought out. That was the only thing we had a problem with . We would stay there again , it was brilliant

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable and airy. The staff were pleasant and helpful during our stay. The hotel was very central for our visit.

We realy liked this hotel. Big room - a lot of sapce for every thing includind double place for suitcases and shlefes for shoes. huge bathroom- very comfortable shower. Wonderfull. Super comfort beds. Extra good location at the old city.Great service at reception desk and also from cleaning lady. We were realy surprised for good. Great value. We didnt have breakfast as we but when orderd eggs from breakfast kitchen it took a lot of time.

Hotel we'll run and talented staff try hard to please but have minimal authority from management who ate often not on ptemises. Excellent value for money

Really nice hotel, good service, where a little poorly prepared for our arrival but was fixed right away.

Great hotel, location is perfect (2 min walk to xmas markets), hotel room is nice an big, breakfast was good too, plenty of variety.

This was a good hotel in an excellent position for the old town square and many restaurants. Very clean with friendly staff. The rooms were bright and spacious with very comfy beds. The bathrooms/shower rooms were large too. The only minor complaint I would have was that each morning when we arrived for breakfast the hot food was always very low. We had to ask for it to be filled up on several occasions. I think it would be better if, when you sat down at your table, you were asked if you would like to order bacon etc and then it could be cooked fresh for each table. There would then be no waste because by the time we left around 10 am everything was filled up again and there was only fifteen minutes left before closing. I must say that everything that we had was delicious it was just a matter of waiting.

Nice hotel. Parking garage was a nightmare to get in and out. Location is very good for access to wonderful Old Town area. Trams run right outside of the rooms, so was noisy.

Even though I was using the cooling system the room was very warm. Had a problem twice with the TV remote control. Had to call for service. Otherwise a great place. Very quiet and wonderful location.

Nice accommodations for the money, but no coffee/ tea maker in the room. Staff is cordial, and our room was up to date. Minimum toiletries available in a very clean environment.
