Receptionist was very friendly and helpful recommending a restaurant when asked. Room was clean smelling and everything in it's place. I would definitely stay here again. Lighting seemed oddly placed, but not a big deal since we weren't here for business. Might have been different if I needed to work at the desk. There was a packet of toothpaste (like ketchup) that was opened and almost empty with the other toiletries. It then made me wonder if the toiletries were new or ??? Shower pressure was, as expected, low for a hotel and the fan wasn't strong enough to keep the mirror from fogging up, but it did give me a chance to see that the mirror had been cleaned. I've had better breakfast, but I've definitely had worst. Breakfast room was clean, and there were plenty of options.

Good for a night or even longer. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Great price too. Just dont plan on a breakfast with more than a few options. Even with the "slim" breakfast I would stay here again. Staff is very friendly and informative.

Spent the weekend for a softball tournament! Staff was very helpful and accommodating! Pleasantly surprised about how economical it was the location was perfect for our event.

We were at the Bend Sugarloaf for a quick weekend. From check in to check out there were issues. The front desk folk were working so hard, dealing with issues out of their hands. There were issues with the computer at check in, issues with the lock to our room and issues with the TV. It is time for an update!!! The room was as clean as can be, but the walls were smudged and dirty (time for paint). The towels were so thin and thread bare (time for new towels). The sheets were clean on a bed that caused me to roll to the center (time for a new mattress). In a town where tourism is high, there is no excuse for all of this. The staff is great and that’s the only positive thing I can say about this hotel.

This was the cutest hotel I've stayed at for a while. The room was quite spacious, and they supplied everything that you used to expect in a hotel room and more. The beds were super comfortable. Definately will stay there again.

We have stayed at this property a number of times over the last few years due to family in the are... and we will certainly be staying again! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Our original booking request for a 2nd floor room on the back side wasn't applied to our booking. The desk clerk.. (sorry I dont recall his name ) ... was super accommodating, even upgrading our room so he could get us onto the 2nd floor on the back side.
So nice to have choices for a hot or cold breakfast in the morning!
The only negative I would give is there were cobwebs in 1 of the corners by the ceiling in our room and only 1 trash bin in the room. Small stuff compared to the comfort, price and excellent staff!

After having trouble on the road, I placed a late night call to the Sugarloaf Mountain Motel. The front desk was exceptional, friendly, accommodating, helpful and welcoming on the call and when Iarrived. They even encouraged me to use a reservation service for a better rate. It's a very nice place, quiet location, a nicely appointed room and quite affordable.

Room was supposed to have a queen bed and it had a full instead. Clerk acknowledged all the beds are full.

The tv in room had only limited stations. Bathroom had new tile but the rest of the room could have used updating/ refreshing. Up front staff really nice and welcoming. Breakfast room good but coffee not so good and rest of breakfast so so!

Needs updating and noisy air system. Thin walls and ceilings. Like the fact that you could cancel reservation. Really nice gals at the front desk. No cleaning between days there. Breakfast was pretty good considering all the other negatives.

Nice motel with friendly staff. Room was very clean and self serve breakfast choices were amazing! Beds are a little firm, but mattress and bedding were in like new condition. Overall stay was good and price was affordable. We would stay again.

From the outside the property looks nice and well taken care of. However the cleanliness of the room was really lacking. When we arrived there was a used washcloth hanging on our shower rod which didn’t give me much hope. It was late so we shrugged it off and went to bed. The next day I hung the “please make up our room” sign on the door. Not because I need anyone to make my bed, but we really needed new towels. We returned to the room late to find no one had serviced our room and I had to go to the front desk and get towels myself. The desk staff were nice, the property was attractive and they had a well manicured yard with waste bags for the dogs however the beds were terrible the pillows were tiny and flat the rooms were dirty and the breakfast was terrible. Definitely will never stay there again.

We loved this motel! Clean, convenient and near several shops and restaurants.
Noisy due to some construction at the gas station in front and neighbors. But it wasn’t horrible.
They had little things that make a difference: toothpaste, loads of storage, fridge, clean white towels and parking right in front of our room. Also the nice young lady who checked us in explained everything about the room and hotel to us on checkin.
Negatives for me: bed was super hard & breakfast wasn’t great (biscuits were hard, egg slices were dry and flat).

Awesome staff all the way around. Our room was clean and updated. The bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast needs to be buffed up like more fresh fruits and maybe a waffle maker to make fresh waffles.

We stayed for one night this past weekend, staff was friendly and room was very clean and cozy! Pool was nice as well. Only downside: the breakfast gave my partner and I an upset stomach and eggs were cold. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Property was clean looking the pillows on the bed were tiny and soft couldn't even fold them in half. Front desk clerk rude and horrible to deal with. acted like everything was a problem they were not busy there was only like 10 cars there. do not recommend
