Hampton charged me for the room even though I had paid hotels.com when I booked it. But Hampton charged $30 less. What gives?

We paid extra for the name brand hotel hopefully to get better hotel stay experience. The food is good, the location is great; However, the WIFI is not working (it works for all other hotel stays).

Very loud. Can hear everything in hall and neighboring rooms. Hot water never got beyond almost warm, so showering was unpleasant. Door was already open when I arrived, so staff had to make sure room was unoccupied.

I feel bad for the employees because they were short staffed and ill-equipped to handle the difficulties they encountered. The key card machine wasn’t working so you couldn’t get into your room without a staff member which was problematic in the morning during breakfast as they were trying to deal with a breaker issue in the breakfast area so we had to hunt down someone from the cleaning staff to let us in. They have the refillable toiletries in the bathroom which is great but they were empty so I didn’t have any conditioner. It could have been good but was instead a “should’ve stayed at the Best Western down the street instead”.

Super friendly staff, we were just passing through with 2 cats and the air conditioner fell apart at about 2am, and the cats crawled under the platform bed, which was not secure, the liner and fall off completely. Not a huge deal, we had to lift the mattress and then the platform the reach our cats, no damage to animal

No one present at the front desk on arrival at 4 pm, for about 5-10 minutes. That's a first. No answer when attempt made to call. No explanation or apologies except excuse that the phone they were carrying wasn't working. That pretty much sums up the stay. Room was ok. Spots of spackle decorating the walls. Not the Hampton I have visited in the past.

The property is conveniently located right off of Interstate 80, which was easy to find as we were just stopping over for one night on our way from Chicago to Denver. Staff was friendly, the place was quiet, the rooms were newly renovated, smelled like new carpet, which I appreciated. We stayed there both on our way to and from Denver. It was also not too far from the trendy Haymarket District.

It was tough to find the entrance to the hotel. Had to drive around the area and finally saw a temporary sign with an arrow pointing to a driveway.

The room was clean and comfortable. We typically take the stairs rather than the elevator and the stairwell needed some serious vacuuming. The breakfast variety was good. The hotel is pet friendly which is great, however, the room across the hall had a dog that barked incessantly early in the morning for about an hour.

Had a handicap room available close to the elevator on the second floor. (First floor rooms closed due to remodeling). Room was clean, bathtub had several grab bars for me to hold on to as well as a fold down seat in the tub which I appreciate. Motel was clean, staff friendly. Would definitely return if traveling to Lincoln.

The room was great and clean but the amount of garbage around the hotel was terrible. They are doing a renovation but this was not construction debris it was trash fast food junk, plastic bottles etc.

Great place to stay. On our family trip and this was a rest stop for us. Very friendly people, clean and nicely renovated. Will be staying here on our way back.

I loved the fact it was right off I80. Very nice room, comfortable and quiet. Easy parking, lots of dinning options. Staff friendly . Breakfast was good, fresh fruit, hot oat meal, cheese omelette . Would stay there again. …. Oh, it is tucked away behind another hotel, but can be seen through the driveway.

Loved the modern squeaky clean bathroom! Loved the beds & their coverings. Suggestion would be to use a lighter weight bed spread during summer months as current one is too warm.
