Excellent place to stay with the kids. Check slide hours before you book. Old key cards were frustrating. Pool had great hours, and the hot tub had a great view of the pool for watching kids.

The only complaint is the restroom in the pool area. The tile is so slippery they are just asking for a lawsuit.

The hotel property was great. It was a little tricky to find the entrance to the property, but once we found it we were good. There were signs posted everywhere to remove all valuables from vehicle, it made the area feel very unsafe. If there is a theft problem, perhaps a security detail would be in order? There were very few dining options nearby.

The hotel overall was great. They let us check in early, the rooms were clean, breakfast was great. The ac in our room did not seem to be working properly, we had it on the lowest setting and it was still warm in the room. The pool area was lacking some. The hot tub was almost the same temperature as the regular pool and there was no jets to it. The overhead sprinklers for the kids area were just kinda dribbling out some water, not spraying water like they should. Even with those small issues, I would stay here again.

The workers were welcoming the room was very accommodating clean and smelled ok. The resort water park was really great clean and really fun for kids. The breakfast in the morning topped it off for me as there were a wide variety to choose from and Taste really great

The ac did not cool the room very much. It was turned down to 60 and we were sweating. We booked a room with a couch and when we got there they didn’t have one. My granddaughter had to sleep on the floor. You should get what you paid for and booked.

Nice place and the pool was great. It is really busy because it is shared by a neighboring hotel. Still worth it and my kids didn’t seem to mind waiting a few minutes to ride the slide. The room felt dirtier then expected from a newer hotel.

Nice hotel few things needed fixing and updated but very clean. Seems like construction near the hotel hasn’t yet finished and trying to get to the parking isn’t so easy. Need better access but parking is fine and will definitely stay here again!

Getting to sleep was horrible. We were on the 2nd floor and you could hear everything above us. Sounded like a head of cows running back and forth, doors slamming till 2-3 in the morning.

This hotel is old, in a bad area, and very run down. The indoor pool is small. The splash pad area for little kids has parts falling off. It really only has a baby slide. The big red slide is super slow. It’s closed for a few hours like 12-4 pm everyday. It’s not worth the price just for the pool area. Very disappointed.

We LOVED staying here! We have a 12 and 8 year old and they were both thrilled with the pool and waterslide and water features. Beds were decent but not the best. The whole place was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was AMAZING! they had pancakes, omlets (even egg white ones), yogurts, sausage, bacon, juice and milk, hard boiled eggs, bagels and pastries and warm cinnomon rolls! And the price was fantastic! We will definately be back.

The water park was so fun. We spent all our free time there. It was a great way to keep the kids busy. They didnt want to leave. The staff was very quick to bring us anything we needed. Would recommend for anyone who has kids.

The parking is the worst I have ever seen 4 hotels packed to the max use 1 parking area. People parked on the street. Making driving in 1 lane with tons of traffic in both directions. Not safe at all. We had2 rooms both 2 queen beds but one was much bigger then the other one. Location was nice and a good breakfast but that’s about all. Water slide not open during the week. Important feature to not book because of.

The stay was great. Easy to check in and staff was helpful. The room was mostly clean just a few areas were nit like the vents in the room, carpet still had stuff in the corners etc.

The pool was amazing! Our kids loved it and it was definitely a highlight of the trip. Breakfast was also fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again.

This hotel was one of the worst I’ve stayed in. There was no parking, not mentioned on line that the slide is only open on the weekends, which is why we chose this hotel in first place. The person in the room above us was stomping and being noisy late at night and then again at four the morning. The USB ports on the tables didn’t work, and the property itself is really hard to get to, due to construction and several vehicles parked along side the road that is barely big enough for one vehicle. Terrible experience. I will never book with this hotel again.
