We stayed for 10 days and loved every minute. The most amazing buffet breakfast every day. Wonderful staff. Amazing service. Clean and very comfortable rooms. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

The resort is further out from the downtown core however it’s nice away from the busy streets. The resort had really friendly staff but they seem too busy. They missed to prepare breakfast one morning although it was included in our stay and compensated that with a basket of unpeeled unripe fruits... The shower had luke warm water and no hot water. The wifi was horrible in the room as well. We were expected better for a ‘luxury’ resort.

9/10. See below for my one complaint. Phenomenal service. Staff was extremely helpful arranging rides/tours, dinner reservations, etc. and were friendly to a tee. Food and drinks were on point. Room was lovely, spacious, and clean. While the hotel made it very easy to book tours through them, you did pay a bit of a premium compared to booking on your own through Viator etc. One of the guides we booked through the hotel did drag us into a random high end sculpture store to and get sold stuff without asking us, which was I hate. If I'm paying top dollar for a tour, don't look for a tout on top of it.

Beautiful property with very lovely accommodations. I enjoyed the pool especially as well as breakfast and lunch. The spa treatments...wowww, quite a few options to enjoy. The front desk team, managers and housekeeping were all very helpful and attentive. Luxury at its best. Highly recommended.

Excellent services, great Asian and Continental food in all meals. Price for 4 course meal with lamb chops and filet mignon including a bottle of wine was $74 for 2 people. Another night was a feast, served poolside, with Choice of lobster, steak and four others cooked to perfection on the grill. Absolutely no complaints. Picked location not in heart of Siem Reap to have a quiet place to rest after temple tours. Tropical garden and location set back from main road eliminating all traffic noise. Would stay there again.

Lovely place! Clean hotel, nice staff. Super pool. Breakfast was delicious! A great find, though not through the hotel, was tuk tuk driver, Clem aka Kimsonn. Number is +85577970386; he's also on Whatsapp. Clem was honest, spoke good English, punctual and helpful! Days with Clem and evenings at hotel made for a memorable holiday!

A beautiful place to stay, very clean and modern amenities. We had a gorgeous suite with shiny hardwood floors and two balconies overlooking the garden/pool area. We only had one night to stay, but I could have stayed here forever! The ambiance is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lotus Blanc was a nice quiet resort after the heat and chaos of touring temples. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Kanye was extremely helpful.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.All the dish of the breakfast was tasty and the service was great.The hotel was not noisy. It would be nice if there are more pool side chairs.we could enjoy the stay.

The hotel is good, but it used to be much better some years back. I like the swimming pool and the green area outside. Breakfast was decent. The staff very kind and helpful. The gym is very old and need an update.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful outdoor pool and seating areas and friendly, helpful staff. There is a generous self-service breakfast buffet plus restaurant and room service options for other meals. Vegetarian options are very limited in the restaurant menu and the hotel should increase its range. My room had a large balcony overlooking the garden area which was nice. The bed was very comfortable and they gave me extra tea and milk to satisfy my love of a brew! The hotel would suit you if you want a quiet location as it's about 10 minutes drive from town. You have to factor in transport for every trip into the city centre rather than just being able to take a stroll. There are plenty of tuk-tuks available via the hotel (more expensive) or these can be flagged down outside (cheaper). As a lone black female traveller I felt mostly welcomed there. My only complaint was when checking out I arrived at the reception desk to settle my bill and was asked to sit down and wait for it to be organised, only for the desk clerk to then start busily serving someone else, a middle aged white man. I watched and waited for several minutes, wondering why my bill had been put aside for another guest. Finally I walked over to the clerk and said I'd return later. If anyone from Lotus Blanc reads this, please ensure that you don't let small issues like this overshadow an otherwise very good hotel experience. Please ensure all customers feel equally valued at all tines. Thank you.

Love the resort and the staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices. The only thing we don’t like is during the evening time there is a strong burning smell that fills the lobby and the hallway. It’s probably from the nearby BBQ stands, not much the hotel can do but pretty unpleasant.

Excellent staff and facilities. Visal greeted me upon arrival and helped me with something every day. Excellent young man. The rest of the staff I encountered were equally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect every day. The young lady making omelets was remarkable. Perfect omelets every time.

Great value for the money! Exceed my expectation! Lively room, great restaurants and bars on the property! Spa is so great and inexpensive! Very nice staff! So happy about our experience here!

Overall, Lotus Blanc Resort and Spa are more than a five star rating!! Everything about Lotus Blanc is exceptional. Staff are caring and helpful.
