Terrible hotel … the elevator was broken, the room had no AC ,dirty room, smelled very strong, stinky smell, bathroom was dirty the sink was clogged, we slept for 3 hrs and left the stinky dirty hotel, we couldn’t with the smell… Horrible

This was the worst hotel I stayed in the pool was dirty , the bathroom shower had no power it ran so slow and the tub wasn’t clean !!

Folks were nice mostly, but elevator not working so had to schlep stuff up the stairs. Room muggy and warm, couldnt get the AC to work, only working ice machine on first floor, so had to go up and down stairs. I'm 70, in good health & condition but really!!!!???? Luckily we weren't paying $300 a night as we would have a week earlier only $100 because we had to postpone due to bad weather. Would not recommended.

The rooms had stains on the floors and in the bedding. The elevator did not work which made hard for my father to get to room. Also witnessed front desk in the morning make a bad scene with a guest checking out.

I’d never stay here again. Elevator doesn’t work, rooms are not so clean, mattress had several yellow spots on them, definitely not worth 200 $. Worst experience ever.

This was me and family 3rd stay, it was good. We love the hotel, the breakfast, kids love the pool. The only issue is the elevator wasn't working we had to walk up the stairs to the second floor. also the bathroom wasn't to clean. We like the hotel but they really need an upgrade in there elevator system, carpet, bathroom. But overall we do like the hotel.

It’s a good area and nice facilities but need a little bit maintenance inside.

The breakfast was really bad they didnt have fresh fruits, only one type of white bread no cereal or oat meal. Even the jelly and peanut butter was of some unbranded material. The sofa bed had no cushion you could feel springs. The bed was rolled with sheets on from previous stay. No fresh blankets . We had to wait for a long time to get freah blanket and even they were all crumbled didnt look like fresh.whatever question we ask the answer was we dont have it.

When we arrived on Friday(8/2), we were told that the elevator did not work and their only compensation was not charging for parking, of which no one knew that there was a parking charge. With the exception of the one gentleman at check in, the remainder of the front desk staff was non-caring or customer service oriented.

It does look very good online but I don’t think it is clean enough and a lot of broken things gymnastics room dirty and broken machines ( equipments) with cables all over the room! Tub or shower valve coming loose it is not good! I deserved something better for the price tag we paid for! Overall poor graded. Thx

Barely adequate, will not stay at this location in the future

Great stay , pretty good service , continental breakfast was great, and so plan to recommend. My only drawback , which was a potential dangerous scenario is that I was given room 117 on first floor , right near pool and my reservation indicated I have a 3 year old toddler. My toddler was able to push pool door open , during day time it was not locked . That is very dangerous and I had to make sure my door had protective key lock on at all times as my toddler wanted to run out and go to pool. The poop door has the key card tap system but anyone was able to push pool door open without tapping key. I recommend to prevent a tragedy of a child accessing pool door by just pulling to please look into fixing and making sure pool door can only be opened by key card. Other than that, we had a great time staying at Comfort Suites! Thank you to staff for a good experiencing while staying at hotel. The staff that clean the rooms are such a delight and great , hard workers! I applaud them for doing such a great job and treating the guests like family!!!

My air conditioner was leaking in.

The rooms were adequate in size. The location was good . The added fee for parking was a surprise. The staff was professional. The cleaning staff was pleasant. The cleaning could have been a little better. There was dust in the lamps. Overall a decent place to stay if you just need a decent , safe place to stay .

While the staff was excellent and the basics where clean. The room itself was in poor condition. The room was in need of some serious repairs.

The pool was very cloudy. The rooms need to be remodel. However the staff were very attentive.

It was not a nice stay because we had to sleep on the floor it is not worth $160 to stay one night I am very sad and disappointed

Tajay showed great customer service for our whole stay. Rooms are a bit dated but clean.

The location is easy to find. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Only complaint was being woken at 2am by a voyole fighting in the hall way for almost two hrs and no one stopped it
