We came to watch the northern lights, but were disappointed. However, the hotel was great! Bed was comfy, shower was awesome, breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and helpful!

I always stay here when visiting preque isle because they are the cleanest rooms around. The beds are very firm which i dont like but know that when i book so i overllook it. This time the shower head was all clogged up and sprayed you in the face when turning on the water and the microwave did not work.. i will stay here again because my other options are worse but hope that it improves.

Front desk not helpful and rude morning staff. Didn't like the tip system if have no cash on hand. Couldn't find any help with the system they use to leave a tip for housekeeping. She did a great job and i felt so bad.

The hotel is quite alright. It is getting a bit dated and since it is the only one in Presque Isle, it tends to be priced well above any other Hampton Inn, anywhere else.

I found that our room was very large.Lots of space. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good.Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was the only downer. Not much to pick from. Go check out Holiday Inn Express and see what your breakfast should be like.
However, the PQI gal running the breakfast was very nice.

You will need to drive, but not far to restaurants and shopping. Coffee in the room. Breakfast was not bad. Cereals, make your own waffles, pastries, cheese omelets and sausage. An assortment of juices and coffees.
