Stayed one night after enjoining Christmas strolls. Front desk person very professional and knowable. Room clean, quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast adequate. Will stay here again.

Great spot, nice room. Mine overlooked parking lot on first floor, so cars woke me at night. The breakfast was so-so. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was peaceful, and I look forward to returning.

We've vacationed many times at this property but not in 5 years due to pandemic, etc. They have refurbished the rooms and they are quite nice. The only issue is that the floors do not have carpeting any more and the bare floor picks up fine grit that ends up on your feet and then in your bed :-(. Next time I'm going to bring slippers. The pools (indoor and outdoor) are quite large and well maintained.
The hotel is centrally located. There is a really nice beach (Smuggler's Beach - see photos) about 5 minutes away. The Cape Cod Mall is about 15 minutes away. The National Seashore Visitor's Center in Eastham is about 30 minutes drive.

*room was a tight fit but wonderfully decorated. *no elevator was a problem as we were on 2nd floor and had noted mobility problem....no addressing that issue...everything on 1st floor..pool, vreakfast, ice machine. *hot tub was only warm

All looked good as far as the property is concerned and the staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, whoever was in the room above us either had small children running wild or it was adults clomping around. They were very noisy and we hoped that by 11:00 PM, they would settle down. No such luck. I called the desk around 11:30 and it was quiet by midnight. The next morning, we went down for breakfast and the aroma in the room was unappetizing. I watched a very portly man load up a plate of eggs and potatoes and then shortly thereafter, he covered it with a napkin and threw it away. Very poor breakfast offering.

This hotel has clean rooms, has a pool that is in good condition and seems well kept. The location is convenient to many restaurants and shopping on the same road.

Overall stay was excellent but the beds where too high off the ground for my elderly mother so she had to sleep on a cot for 4 nights,she was not happy about that but we managed,nice place overall

The hotel.pictures looked nice and the pools, both indoor and outdoor are a good length and the best feature of the hotel.
The beds were noisy..metal sheet construction so turning got an annoying warble sound in the night.
The staff were aweful...not sure where american customer service has gone to but clearly.they are being paid for unfreindly and unhelpful.service although the cleaners were good.

First trip to the Cape. This hotel was in a good location. The pools and hot tub were all clean. The room was basic but beds were comfortable. Definitely would go back again.

Check in and check out were easy and the rooms were clean and comfortable but I suggest checking the water pressure in the shower before keeping the room. There was such little water pressure that I could barely rinse soap off.

We had a very comfortable stay. The maid service was excellent. The breakfast was ok, but it always seemed hot in there and very tight for space on the weekend. Rooms were comfortable.

I understand that the property is old and outdated, but my sheets and comforter had stains on them. At breakfast, none of the tables were clean, and every chair needed cleaning. I stayed from Thursday to Saturday, and it felt like the place could at least be kept clean. There are two pools, but neither was set up for lap swimming. I did my best in the outdoor pool.

Overall had a great stay! We loved the pools, both indoor and outdoor. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was tidy. Staff were quick to come assist with an issue with the TV. Our kids loved the swingset outside too. I would have liked if housekeeping would come in and do a quick cleaning each day. Maybe you had to specifically request that, I'm not sure. But after going to the beach, eating and playing (young kids) in our room, etc. we could have used a quick sweeping and replacement of towels.

Great location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable. Not a fan of the sink/vanity being right as you entered the room. Found the breakfast to be disappointing; did not enjoy the pancake shaped eggs and some of the bagels were stale.

Balcony was dirty. Staff yelled at our kids for being in a hot tub even though it wasn't even hot and were watching them. Breakfast was alright.

The hotel staff was great and there was someone at desk all night and a key card to enter from any door. It was very family friendly. There were 2 pools, whirlpool and sauna. The morning breakfast buffet was convenient and saved money on one meal a day. There was a small play scape & and an old school steep metal slide our son enjoyed. There were reasonably priced kids snacks by the front desk. The Cape Cod creamery is right next door so you can walk over for delicious ice cream. The hotel is older but has been updated, beds are comfy and tv nice. There was a mini fridge in room (no microwave but there was one downstairs in cafe that could be used). The room was very clean.

Property definitely needs some improvements. Pool could use more water. Pool area could use towels. The hot tub could use heat. The bed frames were noisy. Tub was cracked. Light switches were broken. Not enough movie stations. BUT….Very convenient. Quiet. Affordable. Staff very friendly. Check in was fine. Check out perfect.

I love the indoor pool and the outdoor pool area,
and landscaping around de hotel. I suggest cleaning the microwave in the cafeteria area, we had take out, and it was dirty every night there. They should provide coffee in bigger shuttle for breakfast, the keriug coffee machine in the lobby takes too long, it was not efficient when there were a lot of people in line, and then the machine broke eventually. Big coffee urns would solve the issue.
Outdoor pool needs umbrellas on the side of the pool. there are 2 umbrellas in the indoor pool, that is no needed there.

Very nice hotel, and front desks secretary are so very friendly .
Just one think I don’t like if we don’t check out exactly at 11:00 pm,they call to get out,usually the another hotels we stay if we get late ,they don’t do that.

The room was small, but the renovations were great! The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. A/C worked great and we loved the patio option for some fresh air. The 2 pools were awesome and my daughter really enjoyed the playscape. Parking was plentiful and close to your room. I liked the added security of using your key to open all property doors. Breakfast and coffee could have been better, but it was okay. I liked how there was a Keurig in the lobby to use all day with hotel-provided coffee or your own. There were also some great snacks and drinks to buy in the lobby, including Italian Ice and Friendly’s ice cream sundae cups! Overall, it was a great stay! Housekeeping was wonderful and attended to the room daily.
