This inn was wonderful, loved the hosts, the location, the historically vibe, the quaint breakfasts, the general store nearby, and Breakwater Beach, where you can walk out a mile at low tide to enjoy lots of little sea creatures.

This is a gorgeous inn with gracious hosts and wonderful service. Brewster is a great location that allows easy access to all the lovely little towns of the cape. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a truly wonderful stay with Brian and Charlie who were such friendly and helpful hosts and provided many thoughtful touches. The Old Manse itself made for an authentic Cape Cod experience with its historic vibe, and we enjoyed our spacious en suite room. Special shoutout to the housekeeping/breakfast servers who took such good care of us each morning and were so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and baked treats each day, all homemade by Brian himself. A memorable visit.

The property is beautiful and large, with a lot of out door seating areas to relax. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local places to eat and shop, as well as beach options. The daily breakfast was amazing as well. We will be returning for another relaxing stay!

Better than expected! Very clean and well kept Inn. Friendly staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms. A perfect stay for us to attend a wedding in the area. Wonderful breakfast to top it off.

This property was decorated and the services were organized with good taste and class. Every detail was there for a reason: to make the guests feel special. From de decorations that bring in the history of the house, its location in the wonderful Cape Cod and to the wine and cheese hour, everything was perfect. The owners and the staff were amazing. A 5 star place to stay.
The only thing I would improve would be adding a rack where to hang clothing. The room where we stayed didn’t have one. Not a huge issue for us as we had a short stay, but I could see it useful for longer stays.
Having said that, we would go back anytime.

this place is a little jewel to be discovered. The charming owners are just amazing, always there to help and be ahead of our needs. the breakfasts are just out of this world. The place is super well located, with all the beaches around within 15 min by walk or by car. Highly recommend, you won't regret!

It was extremely clean and tidy. The owners couldn’t be more gracious and helpful, and the staff was excellent. The included breakfast was delicious. There are many places to sit, relax, read, etc. both indoors and outdoors. All in all it was a delightful experience

We had the best stay at the Old Manse Inn. The Inn keepers are absolutely lovely and just thought of everything. The breakfast in the morning has got to be one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a b&b. Oh and it was so close to the best beach in Brewster and close to shops, restaurants, and a couple of markets. Can’t wait to stay again!

Too late or early in the morning. Could hear a little of 6A but didn’t disrupt sleep. Loved breakfast on the deck w friesh fruit and scrambled eggs and bacon. Nice to come for late check in and have everything run smooth and easily get a cup
Of tea in the living room. Brian and Charlie are attentive and helpful hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Manse Inn this past week. The room was very cute and the breakfast options each morning were delicious. The inn's owner was very hospitable and made sure we had what we needed each day, including beach chairs/umbrella/cooler we could borrow for the short walk down to Breakwater Beach. We would highly recommend this inn and would happily stay there again in the future.

The Old Manse Inn is a beautiful property and quite charming. The gardens are lovely. It is like a quiet oasis. Brian and Charlie go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you book your room until after your stay is over.

Homey feel with lovely accomodating hosts, both friendly, fun and informative. They honored our anniversary with balloon and chocolates; so sweet! The Inn is beautiful on a gorgeous lot in a perfect location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Couldn't ask for a nicer stay.

I agree with the exceptional rating for the Inn. The hosts were welcoming, atmosphere charming, breakfasts wonderful, rooms clean and many extras like a wine and cheese happy hour and snacks all the time. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall this place and the host, Brian, were just great. The premises were meticulously maintained and very charming. Our room, while nice, was a little claustrophobic and it was on the third floor. Really felt like a lot of love went into the stay, with all of the care and attention towards breakfast and other amenities all around. The room was wonderful.

The inn is beautiful and in a great location. The owners did such a great job to anticipate any needs the guests may have. Our bed was super comfy and if the breakfast wasn't so amazing I might have slept later. Thanks for a great weekend.

It was quaint and very nice. On a main road but that was fine as it fit the style of the house.
