Homewood suites in West Palm has awesome customer service. Every one was friendly and willing to assist and answer questions. The only issue I had, my bathroom sink was not draining water. I had to call for service twice.

Upon entry into the room, cabinets and drawers were left pulled out amd open. A dirty towel was left behind. The refrigerator had food stains.

Place must have been renovated recently. Room and grounds were in great condition. Room wasn’t ready at 3 though and the staff didn’t notify me that a room was ready, even though I was sitting right in front of them. Need work with customer service but location and room were very good

Hotel Staff non skills on education at all , I stayed in the place since July 4th to the 7th and received no service in the room , the swimming pool was nasty, milky water with no chemical balance in it very cloudy , very stinky room with a horrible and terrible smell, my wife cleaned room often trying to get rid off the stinky smell but it was impossible, I’m never coming back to this place again , bad for the Hilton business

I have stayed at them in other areas, no complaints but this one could be improved on cleaning.I had to clean the shower area before I could use it. I was tired so I didn't call service I just did it. Check in, location and overall condition of the property satisfied what you would expect as a Hilton property.

Conveniently located just a few minutes off the highway but it’s quiet so you don’t hear any noise coming from the highway. Property is clean and staff is friendly.

We had a great stay here. I was a little worried after reading the reviews, but we were very happy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The woman who was in charge of breakfast each morning greeted us each morning with a smile and was happy to get anything we needed. Staff at the front desk was also friendly and helpful! We chose to not have housekeeping during our week stay, but they gave us new towels when we asked. The hotel is close to area attractions and we were able to make it to the beach almost every day we were there! We would definitely stay again if we travel to FL again!

I was disappointed by three things 1) because I booked through Expedia it appears I will not get Hilton Honors points very disappointing 2) It took over an hour ana half for the front desk to honor a request for a plunger 3) There was no iron in my room and when they sent one up it did not work they finally did get one that worked.
I am disappointed in that for the amount of money paid I could not get linens and my room made up everyday, I ad to request fresh towels on the days they did not service the room

Night staff acted like I was asking for them to go to the pits of hell and back when I asked for extra pillows and a blanket. Day staff very nice and friendly and accommodating!

Clean room ( May have some pet urine in the room previously). Very friendly and accommodating staff, great location for our needs, Hot water in shower was limited. I recommend staying here.
