The place is old and dated.

The hotel lobby is very clean and smells wonderful. The staff was very nice and when I had an issue with a light it was fixed immediately. The room smelled musty and the air conditioning made it smell even worse. There was some mold-like stuff in the corners of the shower. The breakfast was more than enough for anyone and the area was kept super clean. A lot of choices from fruit to yogurt to cereal, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, waffles. Would I stay again? Maybe.

Room was very nice. We unfortunately had a child running around above our room, constantly. Called the front desk and it seemed to take a long time to stop, if in fact it did, as we had to go out.

Room # 117: Lights did not work, large red stain on carpet, worn through furniture. Ground floor did not feel safe as there was a screw in the window track that was not fastened all the way. When requested alternative room on higher floor for safety front desk staff said “no,” that the cleaning staff was really slow, and we would have at least a two hour wait.

It was a very nice and clean place our families only complaint would be that the pool was smaller than expected for a Marriott and there was a no hot tub but great place!

I always request high floor so I do not have to deal with a lot of noise. Well, I was unable to stay on a high floor during my stay because my I arrived in my room (initially on the 3rd floor), I could tell the bedding had not been changed on one of the beds. I definitely was not going to have myself nor my child sleep on USED bedding. Vanessa, at the front tried to accommodate me by then sending me to a room on the first floor (which had an awful..funny smell) and the second floor. This room was better and the bedding and towels were clean. I really appreciate SpringHill having quiet hours from 10-6. Unfortunately, at 6:03, I fist stomping. How and why someone is continuously walking in a room for over an hour and a half IDK. I tried to rest especially since I had to work that afternoon but it was not happening. I know hotel staff can’t control the noise level however, this is exactly why I request rooms on the high floor. Maybe I would’ve been able to get some rest. I ended up checking out before 8:00, not being able to enjoy my full time and I don’t appreciate that AT ALL.

I love Springhill Suites, but this property was a little run down. Our shower had pink mildew in the tub and also the shower curtain. Besides that, the
room was super clean. It was disappointing to know that the hotel that I expect to be great was not.

This is a good place to stay if you are in and out in a few days. The area does have many shopping and restaurant options. It is one of the places I like to stay at when traveling for work

The staff and management were extremely helpful and accommodating especially the two lovely front desk ladies.They went above and beyond what I have seen even the Hilton chain do, in all my experience traveling.
The facility was neat and tidy. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was a relatively large free breakfast as well, which remained well stocked.
I will absolutely be booking here again!

The pool was very cloudy, you couldn't see your feet in the 4ft deep section. We made everyone get out and shower off since the chemicals were obviously very off.

Decent. There is not anything to brag about but for the most part, it was okay. Average for most aspects; cleanliness, staff, it was pretty noisy and the refrig was not working properly, the dryer in the laundry area did not work, long response time to complaints.

Only complaint of the room was the stains on the couch. I would not have expected that from this level of a hotel.
The young women who checked me in was great. I had forgotten my laptop power cord and had to finish some work. I went down to ask her if she could help… and she did not stop looking till she found one that fit! Saved my night!! 😊

Not enough parking. Was going to pool Sunday morning and it was closed for cleaning. Guest found a dead mouse/ rat in pool. Reason I booked hotel was for indoor pool and we didn’t get to use it. Hotel is overpriced for what you get. Should t be more than 120 a night. Not a typical spring hill hotel like I’ve visited before
