Overall not bad. Had to let front desk know 24 hours in advance if you wanted your room made up. Did get towels but no coffee after the first day.
Very noisy ac unit and road noise

Service is was great! Room showing wear but clean. Very loud mid-day with room doors being slammed so hard the walls shake. (Maybe cleaning crew?)

Even though they call it a Best Western Plus it's about as basic as you can get. One tiny bottle of shampoo in the bathroom.
The breakfast was pretty basic.
The air conditioning kept the room cool and the television worked fine. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Enjoyed our 5 day stay. Staff was friendly and courteous. Location was ideal for us. The breakfast area could use attention. One day we came down and there was no milk. Another day there was no coffee. Wish there was more variety. Pretty much the same choices each day.

The power had been knocked out by hurricane Beryl. The phones weren’t functional during our entire stay. All the staff were working so hard and handling all the difficulties wonderfully. We haven’t stayed in a hotel that was any cleaner than this one! We will return when visiting family in the future.

Our room was definitely in need of updating… Many of the tiles in the bathroom were broken and the grout crumbling. Our key didn’t work for about half of our stay. The breakfasts were just OK.

A properly functioning hot tub is a very important factor when I select hotels to stay at. I contacted the hotel a week prior to my arrival to inquire about the hot tub. They said it was working great so I made reservations. Well, the girst night I had to inform the staff that the hot tub was cold, they apologized and said the next evening it would be better and the water would be comfortably hot. Went to enjoy the hot tub the second evening and it was still cold. I feel bamboozled, and I did not receive what I paid for. Very disappointed. Will never stay at that hotel again. I give it an “F”.
