Lovely sea views. Beautiful town. Not many places I would look to book straight away again. Stunning.

5 Stars all the way. Staff very friendly. Hotel extremely clean. Bedroom perfect, included fridge, air conditioning, great shower, safe, balcony with great view including sunsets. Restaurant had everything, all different selection of foods to accommodate different cultures. Even included a microwave which is a must for us. You could dine inside or outside. Never got to use all the facilities, indoor poor or gym as too much to do in the area, walks, beaches etc. Transport was excellent, Uber, Bolt App’s, Water Taxi, Buses. Location is so handy to the airport. Had the all-inclusive package which was fantastic. Would love to return 😊

The hotel locates in a perfect position near the airport. The rooms towards the sea have magnificent view of sunset.

Limited dining, activities and food choice

Property is good with a great swimming pool and tennis courts. Rooms are good size, beds are comfortable but room decor is poor. Conveniently close to the airport, but about 25-30 minutes away from tourist attractions and Dubrovnik's downtown.

Convenient and cheap

It’s a nice hotel supposed to be all inclusive, but is not the same as in America they just all include food and all the activities. What do you want? You need to pay for extra everything pick up a good place on the beach or anything else you must pay for everything

I liked the stay the property the sttaf was nice maybe the could give you more info when you get in . Overall it was nice

Good hotel not great

Food was repetitive, and same thing was served for lunch and dinner. Not many options for vegans and vegetarians.

This property is run down and poorly managed. Nickled and dimed for towels, the obstacle course, etc. Towel room open 2 hours a day at a beach resort! Check in was miserable. Can’t adjust your own AC unit in the room.

This hotel had beautiful grounds and was walking distance to the beach and various nearby small restaurants

Great value

Superb

When we arrived our rooms were 29 degrees celcius (90 Fahrenheit). Even though the booking said it had air conditioning the hotel would not turn it on until many guests left die to the heat. Half of the outlets did not work. Bedding was stained and when we asked for clean bedding they only rearranged so they thought we couldn’t see the stain. Towel heater was on in the bathroom and none Of the staff knew how to turn it off. Front staff was not empathetic or genuine until the manager came in shift. Not a great experience for the cost of the accommodation. Great location though.

It is a great property! Great place to relax, walk, swim, eat! For any age! The only complaint was getting the room cleaned when sign was put out! May be they were short staffed! It is a big hotel. All in all a wonderful place to stay! Reasonable price! I would stay again.

Really great view and location

This is not a 4-star property by any means. But it does represent a good value overall. If you are comparing a Caribbean all inclusive you will be disappointed. The hotel looks more like a dormitory or other sort of institution, and has zero personality. However, the food options at the all inclusive were decent and the drinks were ok. You’d be hard pressed to find a better overall value for money in the Dubrovnik Riviera.

We stayed here for their last week of their season (unbeknown to us at time of booking). Towards end of week parts of the hotel started to close eg pool snack area - had to use restaurant. Food was plentiful but the same was offered at lunchtime and dinner and little variation during the week. Hotel was very quiet and there was only entertainment on twice in the week (singing duo). No entertainment offered during day. Staff helpful.

Extreme overpriced but nice reception crew, dated hotel need full makeover for the this price ,proximity of airport can be extra disturbing…

Catastrophic, room was nice and clean, staff was polite, however the AC was fixed on certain temperature one cannot change it, hence it was rather hot in the room, balcony was small and without owning so not usable on heat, entire hotel did not have AC anywhere, restaurant and foid was horrible, no table cloths on the tables, food was not tasty at all , poor choice, I felt like I was in the twilight zone in sixties, horrible experience, no value for money at all, overcrowded, chairs on the pool next to each other like sardines in the can, hotel does not have its own beach, but public beach across the road, no covered or assigned parking quite far away from the hotel entrance, elevator without AC, bathroom was a good size, but had only body shower nothing else, not even a box of paper towels, no coffee or coffee cups , would not recommend and will never visit again

Price was quite expensive compared to other all inclusive hotels . Spa not working , gym has ancient equipment . Very limited choices if yiy are vegetarian . Kitchen staff do not speak English at all to explain menu . Communal toilets very dirty . Evening entertainment is truly appalling . They advertise so much but when you turn up , there is nothing !! It’s a joke ! Although , the hotel is located by the beach, beach has pebbles but if you go 5 metres in the sea , knee height , it has sand and water is clear .

Lots to choose from and quality was slightly above average which was nice.

very good location with easy access to the Dubrovnik ferries. Would be good for families. Because it is a large hotel the eating areas are a bit canteen like but the food was excellent and plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

nice property, only thing would be and updated flooring (tile or laminated instead of smelly carpet)

Don’t expect 4*!! The photos reflect a warm bright stunning hotel, but in reality is like a grey German bunker! At times we had no hot water Staff were miserable, barely said hello or smiled and the service was generally poor! Good selection of food in the restaurant.
