They have roaches in bathrooms and beds!

Staff is very nice. One time I came down for breakfast at 8:30 and everything was already put away. I guess it was slow so they shut it down early. I’ve stayed in here a few times and the water pressure has been atrocious the last couple times. Maybe it was the same room(314) both times. Montana Mikes is a great place to eat right behind the hotel. It’s a good place to rest your head for the night at a reasonable price.

This place was very outdated, dirty we had roaches and grasshoppers in our room. Front desk was not friendly at all. Take your money elsewhere.

Rooms were not maintain and possible roach infestation. Management unable to be reached.

Decent but I’m they can make it better

I never like to leave reviews but this time I have to do so, if this review can help save somebody from having a bad day, I like to do that. I don’t even know where to start, the blankets were humid, the restroom was dirty, and the fan in the restroom didn’t work. I stayed 2 nights and ask them not service my room when I got back to the hotel I find out they went in the room. The worst part was the girl in reception she was very rude and as I was leaving she was having an argument with another customer. Very disappointing.

They owe me exterminator fees for killing bugs

I had to call the front desk in the middle of the day to check in. I stood at the desk for 20 minutes waiting. The AC barely worked and the room reeked of urine. The location was the only good thing.

Front desk was rude The room key didn’t work after multiple attempts of them “fixing” it then the manager knocks on my door and says I don’t have a reservation after I had already checked in hours before with someone else. He had no idea what he was talking about. Dead Bugs were everywhere along the floor around the bed it was disturbing.

The AC could not keep the room cool during the day.

The people working barely spoke English let alone understood it. There was hair in the shower and on one of the beds. The a/c unit was under a window seat and instead of the vent blowing out it was designed to be more on the top so it blew at the bottom of the seat so it took forever to cool the room down. The pictures show a nice breakfast but the sausage gravy was extremely thick, there were no eggs in the other hot plate instead that is where they put the biscuits. The waffles were awful and the syrup was disgusting. We chose to pay at hotel but they charged us in advance anyway and when we got to the hotel they complained because the person that paid wasn't the name on the reservation but if they had done what the reservation called for it wouldn't have been an issue and when informed of it we were told just because the website says that doesn't mean we except that. We don't do pay later you have to pay in advance at our hotel.

Dusty in the selling, and i saw a cackrotch in rye bathroom.

Staff was very friendly! However, upon entering the rooms a very bad smell was present. Hair was on one of the beds. One of the bed sheets had a large stain. The blow dryer for my hair sounded like a skill saw! Part of the casing to the lights above the bed had been “patched” with two doorknob pieces- like the piece that the lock latches into… we made it through for one night but would not return with the hotel in this condition.

The pool was clean but the landscape was weeds. The grill was cheap and broken. Only had one lounge chair. The sink was held up by two by fours. The smell when you walked in was like that disinfectant they use at a gas station convenience store. They only gave us one key card and that key didn't work. Had to get new key card. The motel was located in the corner of two major roads. Very noisy. Our view was of a Montana Mikes parking lot. The motel parking lot was dirty and people were bbqing in the parking lot. Only thing nice to say ...is the room was clean, no bed bugs, and the staff were friendly.

You get what you pay for. a few shady characters in and around the property. seemed a little run down not as nice as pictures. On positive side there's a steakhouse right across the street that is delicious and reasonable.

The staff wasn’t very helpful. You can tell that they don’t really care about their customers.

Only complaint is allowing people to sit on curbs outside front door drinking beer

I had read the other reviews about roaches but figured surely by now the property has been exterminated. Both of our rooms had roaches, the little ones. Bathroom had smashed(dead) roaches on the wall. Will not stay here again.

The rooms make your skin crawl a bit… I had to change rooms Because first won’t wreaked of urine and was warm even with AC turned down … the kid of place you check for bedbugs …

If you are looking for something cheap and to just sleep this will do but it’s not something I would recommend. To start breakfast had very limited options and by the time we went to grab food there was nothing left and barely any coffee. the pool area needs a lot of maintenance, theres a lot of cracks and the pool itself is dirty and not private. All the cars that pass by on the street can see what is going on. Something else that got to me was when we asked for new towels we got towels that were completely ripped barely holding together and it seemed to be a bother to the employee. The AC unit in the room was on all day yet when we got to the room the room was super hot. some things to consider … We didn’t spend much time there ( Thank God) but those are the few things I would like to share.

I loved the Texas shaped waffles in the mornings!!! Staff is always friendly. Love my stay, every time!

Dead Roaches Inexperienced front counter guy Needed haircut. Needed a shave. Need clean clothes. Needs to learn the English language Pitiful. Not ever going back ,!!!!!!!

We left it was too noisy

We had a very late night arrival but had no problem checking in. The room was very nice and clean. The beds very comfortable. Didn't make it down for breakfast but it was available.. over all had a great experience.

Overall the experience was great the weather was in the 80s and the AC was not cooling but it was cooling enough for the '80s if it was any higher it wouldn't have made it.

Not really friendly from beginning till checking out. Poor shower amenities.
