We stopped here on our way to Kanab and to see Canyonland National Park. Check in was quick and the room was convenient and comfortable. We tried to find a place to eat but every restaurant recommended in the room was no longer open. We ended up eating at Doug’s BBQ and it was good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Check in was nice and smooth and staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is an old motel. I rated average. My second time staying here. A place to shower and a clean bed to sleep in. Ok for the price point.

Bathtub did not drain very well, don't like standing in water when showering. Sink got clogged and had to use a plastic water bottle to force it open.

Front desk personnel was nice. Property was clean though outdated. The room smelled so musty that breathing was difficult and kept me up most of the night. Woke up at 3 and couldn’t fall back asleep due to the smell.

Great little spot to stay for the night for the price. Not fancy but clean with hot shower, comfortable bed and relatively quiet considering how close it is to the main road.

Very clean space, smelled clean too which was nice. The room was small, but exactly what we needed. We were also able to park right outside our room which was really nice. Return ya and grocery store in easy walking distance. Check in took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again 👍

There was blood on the lamp shade. The bed was hard and dirty. Went back to complain and they had closed up for the night. We left at 4am because we felt unsafe

Decent spot for a night's sleep at a reasonable price. Very close to the highway and passing trucks did wake me up a few times in the night.

Ground level, easy access, comfortable room. A/C worked well. Coffee maker and fridge were in room.

Rooms where updated and clean however property did not seem safe. Parking behind front part of hotel was very dark and sketchy at best.

The motel and the room were spotless. The traffic noise will bother you initially but by nightfall the traffic noise is at a trickle. although the rooms are very clean it is small. I would stay again in the future.

Was passing threw and found this place

The place is extremely well kept. Big, spacious rooms, very clean with nice bed linen, squeaky clean bathroom. Is the furniture the most modern, no, but if you want stale decor go to Motel 6. Everything is in great shape, the bathroom tile grout is spotless, which is a good indicator on upkeep. Mirrors everywhere. One of the best features is the small LED lights attached to the headboard, never saw that before. I'm getting one for home. Right around the corner from Family Dollar, fuel and Blue Mountain Foods, a huge grocery that has all you need including fresh meat for BBQing, which I did right in the back. Very quiet surrounding neighborhood with 3 very friendly Golden Doodles adjacent to the Inn. Overall, it was the cleanest, quietest, most relaxing accommodations I've had since being on the road from June 3rd. Highly recommended.

Tired furnishing, and the bathroom smelled. Towels and bedsheets were clean. The manager was helpful. Overall it was clean but needs some work (a little bathroom shelf would be useful). Ok for a night or two.

Evertthing provided in the room. Friendly staff and exceptionally clean. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed again after 3 years and the place is awesome just like the first time. Very clean rooms, very well kept and great management! The low price makes it 10 out of 10.

It was very clean, and the desk clerk was friendly. The only problem is the property is too close to the highway and there are a lot of big trucks going by. Other than that I would stay there again, but in the building behind the front one. It would be away from the road noise.

In preparation to depart we put the equivalent of 2 ice buckets of ice in our 2-gallon water jug. We were chastised for doing so, even though it was no more ice than if we had filled the ice bucket once each day of our say - which we did not use any of. Does the room price not include a bucket of ice?
