The hotel is getting some upgrades and remodeling at the moment, but the Hotel was in very good condition. The staff was very welcoming and professional. The facility was very clean as well and house keeping did an excellent and timely job. I would reccomend to anybody and well worth the cost. The jacuzzi was phenomenal.

only provided maid service every 3 days, which was ok. However, they didn't replenish the in-room coffee daily. Also, the whirlpool did not work. I tried to call the desk, but the room phone was not connected. I tried to use my cell phone to call and they wouldn't answer.

The dryer was broken so washing and drying track uniforms daily was a challenge.
The shower head would not turn on without extreme force and the nozzle for the tub was already coming off the wall when we arrived.

It was not the clerks fault, but we had quite a wait to check in. Our room was on the small side, and did not have a chair other than the desk chair. The fan blew right on the bed closest to the fan, which made it cold to sleep in that one.

Wow, customer service was ABOVE AND BEYOND! George (manager?) allowed me to host a small reception for my family after my mom's funeral in the breakfast area since the meeting room was closed due to construction. He even had the staff provide us with coffee and cookies for the reception. This act of kindness was so appreciated!

Everything was clean and well maintained. The cleaning staff and front desk were very pleasant and accommodating when we needed anything. I was impressed with the breakfast, it went later and had more variety than most.

All the staff were absolutely amazing!! Super friendly. Didn’t matter if it was the cleaning crew or breakfast crew, every single person there was super friendly and talked to us. We will definitely stay there again!

Great location, quite clean and well maintained. Walls seemed a little thin as sounds from other rooms (barking dogs) made sleep a little challenging. Overall good and I would consider staying here again in the future.

First let's just say at the staff at this facility is so nice and sweet and they really try their best. The property is older and a little run down. It's not staffing but the rules for cleaning rooms at the Hampton Inn by Hilton that are not good. Longer stays bed don't get changed until 4th day, towels and trash like every other day. I had to ask for towels, toilet paper, and have the trash emptied on my five day stay more than once. To me the Hilton needs to review these COVID rules and put them back like they used to be. I don't appreciate over flowing bins in the room and we were not messy people.

No comfortable chairs. Bed was lumpy. Ac didn’t work well. Hair dryer was plugged in about 12 “ from the bath tub. Tv remote remote didn’t always work. I can’t recommend it.

No staff at the front counter during check in ,called from lobby phone to the front desk twice with no answer. Finally checked in to find a severely outdated room with terrible hard pillows that I went down and asked to replace with no options except the small rock hard pillow but was asked if I would like another. The beds are unfortunately just like the pillows, old and hard …

The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The breakfast attendant made us feel valued and welcome. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Booked a room with 2 queen beds. At check in found out they were over booked. Ended up with a room with only 1 queen bed.

During my check in the front desk staff had a person on her personal phone on FaceTime to assist them in changing a headlight which she held her finger up to me telling me to hold on for checking in and then after about a minute she proceeded with my check in. This was very unprofessional and not typical of the service received at Hilton hotels. In room 109, the carpet on the floor by the roller chair for the desk has a piece missing and needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the hotel is clean and quiet. It is becoming a little outdated and could use some updating. The location is wonderful.

Jets didn’t work on the tub that we paid extra for. They have a sign saying you need to call the desk so they can show you how to ‘properly’ use them. The switch is actually broke and they have it being controlled from a GFI plug. They make noise and shot gross stuff out but didn’t actually work. And the Pillows are terrible.

It took a very long time to check in. The lady in front of me - her room was not ready - she had gone to her room and housecleaning had not even cleaned it. I had to wait until they found her another room. Also, I was not the only person in line!!

Our reservation was for a king size bed, we were put in a room with a queen. We were also put in a handicap room and neither of us is handicapped.
