It was a great place to stay. Stayed a couple of nights while working in town. Clean, comfortable, seemed pretty safe. Had some tools in the bed of my truck that were safe in the mornings. I'll definitely stay there again.

This is the nicest SprillHill Suites we've ever stayed in! The staff are wonderful, and the breakfast was amazing. Very, very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The double queen suite was spacious. A fridge and microwave were included. A partition separated the beds from the seating/couch area. The angle of the tv was adjustable. Plenty of space for luggage. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Only twenty minutes from dinosaur monument (wall of bones), close to dining options and the main strip in town. The pool and hot tub was indoor - first day hot tub way too hot. Second day tepid. The pool room was poorly ventilated and chlorine smell was overpowering. Also the power went out and apparently no back up generator so breakfast was cobbled together only for one hour available. They should’ve extended breakfast another hour as a courtesy to guests bc this hotel and its included breakfast isn’t cheap and many missed out. Because of the pool situation I would not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and rooms were big and roomy, which helped us out a ton as we had to pack our dry bags for a river rafting trip the next day and needed the space.

The hotel itself was nice. The overall smell was a bit overwhelming, smelled like a las Vegas hotel downstairs and gross shampooed carpet upstairs.
Room was nice overall, our air conditioner didn't work so it was a very hot room and made sleeping a bit difficult, at least for me.
Front desk both agents had a bit of an attitude, not super friendly, fake friendly if you will. Overall not a bad stay but could have been a little better with a few enhancements.

Check in was smooth. Room was clean and roomy. Like the separate sink/toilet room separated from shower and another sink. The shower had additional nozzles that hit straight from the wall. The luggage racks were nice so our bags didn’t have to sit on the carpet. The pool and hot tub were clean and maintained. Breakfast was far better than most places. Lots of different choices for different dietary needs.

Marriott beds are great and I love them but they are too high off the floor for a person in a wheelchair to transfer safely. Whenever I travel with a disabled family member we end up removing the frame and sitting the box springs on the floor so she can get into bed. Marriott should put lower beds in their accessible rooms.

I very much enjoyed my stay and found that the staff was friendly and helpful. At the time I went the swimming pool/ hot tub had some debris floating in it that seemed a little gross. I told the front desk. They assured me that they would check on it and let their maintenance people know to be checking that stuff. All in all I loved my stay.

typical 3-star hotel. Check-in staff was friendly and bragged about his (4-star) hotel, but the breakfast most definitely makes it solidly 3 stars. We went somewhere else for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay, the free breakfast, and the friendly accommodating staff were awesome, however, the swimming pool was not available during our stay and we were told we can use the neighbor hotel’s pool but of course it's cold at night you don't want to go out of the hotel. I hope next time we come back we could use the pool to relax after a long day.

We stayed two nights and there was no cleaning service or replacement of towels during our stay. I'm guessing they would have done it if we specifically requested it, but that seems like something that should be done without asking. Also, the heating system for the pool was broken. If you're going to charge an additional $20 per night for so-called "amenity fees" then your amenities should actually be in working order. The additional fees on top of what we already paid online is really off-putting. Hotels.com and the hotel itself should be more forthright in their business dealings. On a positive note, I was impressed that the guy working the night shift provided us some milk from their kitchen for our toddler when we ran out in the middle of the night.

We went to visit family. Check in and check out was great. Breakfast hit the spot. People above us paced & jumped all night.We had to walk over to the other hotel to use the hot tub because this one wasn't working. Then the wifi was having issues. So for the amount I paid I wasnt very pleased with the amount of things that weren't working.
