Great location right off highway places to eat right around it room was clean and nice bath tub didn’t wanna drain but we got it to drain takes a while for hot water fridge was that clean so we didn’t really use it but overall great experience

It was advertised that complementary breakfast was available with my booking. Well it was only coffee. Not sure why they had a big area for nothing to be set up in there. The attendant didnt seem engaged enough to even ask if i needed anything just sign for your room. And when i was leaving didnt ask if my stay was ok just took my room key. So ill be going to a didnt hotel next time i go to Connecticut. Theres plenty to choose from now that i have seen the area for myself

Wasn’t given the room that I booked. I booked a king size bed and I got two full beds instead. Check in person was very rude. The room was disgusting and not clean. There was hair all in the shower when we arrived. All the floors were dirty. The tv was so filled with static we could barely use it. The beds were the hardest beds we have ever slept on and made so much noise any time we moved. At 8am there were four kids outside our door screaming and crying. When we went to check out it was the cleaning person waiting outside our door for us to leave. Will never come back again.

There was absolute nothing that I especially liked, or even liked, about the property. The corridors were always in need of vacuuming cleaning, The rooms are truly low rent.

The microowave smells bad and it was dirty. Also the floor was dirty.

Very poor television reception, imagine in this day and age. MSNBC wasn’t even available. Wash clothes and towels were tired and dingy. The facility is rundown, it demands a complete renovation-a tear down really.

The included breakfast was coffee-period! Water damage in bathroom made the floor spongy.

I requested a non-smoking room, but the room reeked with cigarette smoke

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. My family was looking for a last minute room for the night to break up a long trip. Big mistake. We didn't dare take our shoes off until we got into bed because the floors felt greasy. It was very difficult to sleep because the walls were thin and we could hear the traffic outside as well as the guests in the room directly above ours. The room had an odd odor, the bed was uncomfortable and smelled of urine, and the pillows were like pancakes.

It was a great stay. I enjoyed my stay!

I was a guest at this hotel prior to the pandemic. The rooms are always clean and I give them a top score. However the dirty old burgundy carpet outside the rooms around the property need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. I really think it should be replaced instead of just cleaning it. Also the coffee didn't taste good. Besides the coffee and the burgundy rug outside the rooms, there are no major complaints. Asthetics of a property are important because it lets guests know that hotel management cares about how guests perceive them. I would stay at this hotel again because the rooms are always nice and clean.

This motel had bed bugs and is filthy, I've been trying to cancel my stay for 4 days and still have not received my refund, staff is rude and just plain out nasty to deal with. My advice, stay in the town of Mumford instead! Much better area, reasonably priced hotels, very friendly and accomodating!

Easy and quick when arrived at place. But one the light was not working Next time need to check up

You get what you pay for. Water pressure was terrible in the shower, no shelves to hold product, bathroom door looks like someone punched it and it wasn’t repaired properly. Won’t stay here again but it did the job.

It was dirty, run down, there was trash left in the closet, pubic hairs in the tub, the AC/ heating unit had a years worth of dust, it was gross!

It was barely adequate and a disappointing. It was clean but old and tacky.

I didn't like that they demanded me show paperwork for my service dog against an American disability act
