The check-in went very smooth and the staff were very kind and helpful. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, so we had to keep the fan running in that room most of the time. Everything else was very good.

It is difficult to check into these apartments. Luckily pizza restaurant contacted staff and let me check in when I arrived in Piran rather than waiting until afternoon. Beware of inexperienced staff insisting on charging you for room even though you already paid hotels.com.

Loved this place! Perfect location and very easy to find. Very comfortable beds/pillows. Highly recommend and would stay again if ever in Piran.

Apartments right beside beach. Piran is fantastic for visits and you can cover whole town in 2 days. The only thing we didn't like was the park and ride - it should be in the promotional material for the complex. It pays to do some checking as Piran is very small and for sure the cars are limited in the town, However the owner was very understanding and helped out with everything we asked about. Everything you could hope for in a host. Nothing to fault with the location or the building.

Loved it. Enjoyed Piran and this is a great place to stay to enjoy it. The bar in the square adjacent to it is great with live music. if your going here and want to be asleep by 10pm I'd recommend requesting a room on the other side. (It's not excessively noisy but it will be quieter that side).
Parking is at the garage as you come into town. You can enter the town to drop your luggage off and you get a voucher to exit.
parking can be paid for at the hotel at a discounted rate.
We would stay here again.

Not worth the hours of very loud noise. Central but nothing is far in Piran. Surly arrival response.

Great location if you want life around you. Live music outside your window, but noisy if you want silence. Cosy narrow streets.

In general, the hotel is fine and has great location, spacious room and full equipped kitchen. However, theres no elevator and the reception is on the 3rd floor! So if you have big luggage, wait antil the check in is done. We were on the 4th so it wasnt pleasant. Again, great room and awesome location right next to the city square.

Amazing apartement. Can not belive this is only 3-stars. I would rate it a very strong 4 star. It`s a real luxurious apartement With everything you need, right in the middle of the center.

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay at Hotel Piranesi. Room was clean and location was close to city center and boat docks (we traveled in via ferry). My only gripe is that the room was a little on the expensive side-

Stayed here for 4 nights during a 10 day holiday in Slovenia. Travelled from the airport via Kranj and found bus service excellent. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to cook a very simple meal. There was some noise from bar outside but this did not go on into the night.8
