This is an excellent hotel that combines value, cleanliness, comfort, great breakfast, and good staff. But to be clear, this is not the 5 start luxury hotel. Riyadh is a bustling city with either very fancy and expensive hotels or lower cost non-brand hotels. This makes it tough for travellers to choose value / lower cost options. This hotel is very recommend.

This stay in this hotel was a very bad experience. Power outage from 5:30 am till 9 am. Not even internet and basic services.
The staff made it even worse by not facilitating help when they were able to.

Stayed in room 307 (Royal Suite) but you don’t get what you expect by the name. Window blinds - can’t open, bed is defect but ok if you’re solo, TV in bedroom not working.
Gym bike missing pedals, one of the treadmills is run through…
Overall the hotel needs an overhaul.
On the positive side: people are friendly and the breakfast is satisfying.

The hotel has issues with the fire alarm going off at the most random times. I stayed there for 5 nights and had issues each day. During three nights it went off at 3 or 4am, resulting in a sleepless night. The point of booking a hotel is to have a place to sleep so I asked for a refund. The best they could offer was usd 25 which is an insult.

Nice hotel with a huge bed! The king size bed was about 8-9 ft wide - heaven!!

The hotel is easily accessible and is short walk away from shops and local eateries. The check was quick and straight forward and the room itself offered plenty of space as well as a jacuzzi bath which unfortunately I did not have opportunity to use. The room was comfortable and offered the nice touches expected of this category of hotel. The only drawback from my stay was the noise outside at night which can keep you awake if you are attempting to go to bed early. An enjoyable stay and would recommend for a business trip stay, although be aware of heavy traffic during peak time during morning.

I was assigned a Smoking room when I booked a non -smoking . When I requested a room change I was told the room is non-smoking when I could smell the strong stench of smoke in the room .
The elliptical in the gym is broken with no gym attendant !

They haven’t ever processed a refund. They are telling hotels.com staff that I didn’t reach the hotel.
