Excellent hotel and staff. Many dining options as the Courtyard is connected by footbridge to the other Marriott. All the staff were courteous, friendly and professional especially Hassan, Arif and Sanjay who made our stay better.

The front desk team was amazingly helpful. My checkout was extended until 3 PM since I checked in late nite. Very accomodative.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Staff is very polite, friendly and efficient. Great food and everyone including front desk, dining area and room service staff are phenomenal!

It was a nice hotel and great staff. However room service was quite slow for a Marriott standard but saying that it has dropped over the years anyways with the brand Marriott.

Hotel was clean and my experience quite good. The area is noisy and crowded so if you are ok with it, I recommend it. I would also recommend adding more dining choices (without going all the way to other Marriott hotel all the time).

Great stay. Fantastic stay actually. No complaints.
The basin had a bit water flow problem but that can be adjusted in a stay. We aren’t fussy. When on checkout I told them better they fix it, the manager Aksat wrote a long mail of apology😊. Which underlines that Marriott cares and worships guests.
Loved the bfast there.. their southie dishes were lip smacking. I stayed in vivanta also after courtyard Marriott stay but feel Marriott stay was better. Room was large and fantabulous. They gave me 2pm late checkout too.

This is an incredible hotel! The decor, the food, the staff. The staff from the reception desk, the chefs, the waiting staff are so caring and friendly. The food is incredible, with an excellent young chef. They’re also open to suggestions, if you want the food to be less spicy for instance. This will be my go to hotel for any future visits to Hyderabad.

Bathrooms are small. But property location (especially view) and rooms are very good. Staff is awesome.

I have been to a lot of hotels in India and the US. This has been my best stay thus far.

The property is well maintained. It is clean and tidy. But the area around it needs to be cleaned. This is the job of the local municipality and the powers to be. The lake Hussain Sagar needs to be cleaned.
Overall, Courtyard offers a good deal.

Buffet breakfast selection was amazing. Momo cafe for dinner was excellent and staff went out of their way to accomodate any special requirements. Minor room issues were quickly resolved by the ever helpful receptionist Hari. Twin room was spacious and shower excellent. Room was quiet as it was not on main road. Corridors and rooms needed a bit of vacuuming, otherwise top notch. Thank you for a lovely stay.
