Quick stopover for a business trip, excellent location close to the airport. The staff were efficient and friendly, the room I was booked was large and comfortable. Good sleep with minimal noise. Didn't try the restaurant but I hear from colleagues that the food is very good.

Excellent stay. Free hotel shuttle runs 6am to 11:45pm. Last pick up at the airport is 11:45pm or so at Terminals 1 and 2.

We stayed overnight for our flights. The hotel is not very clean, the bed and pillow are very uncomfortable!

Great hotel. Shuttle from terminal 2 was confusing but did arrive eventually. Coffee should be better. Otherwise splendid.

Its near the Airport. Very convenient for us. We arrived late at the hotel and were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. We will definitely book this hotel again next time.

had a quick overnight stay at the novotel. this hotel is my only recommendation if you are on a short stay as there is not much around the property
the property itself is beautiful and very much a 4 star hotel and has everything you would need. i ordered room service and it arrived quickly and was tasty.

very bad services ... I check in at 3am, I got 2 big 1 small luggage, he didn't ask me need help or not, imaging how hard I take it to room, and he give me a room facing airport runway, I try to call front desk to change room but can't get to call, its keep telling me I don't have a massage, I went down to front desk ask for change room, the guy told me their computer got problem. I guess their don't want change for me. I never had this problem before, bad experience, never come back again.

There is nothing else you can purchase any food or drinks. Otherwise you must use restaurant in the hotel. Greatly they provide 4 bottles of water which was enough for myself.Staff is kind but due to the water problem I called to check over but didn't come in 30 min then needed to call them again. Room is clean and big enough. Shuttle bus is very useful Togo/come to the airport.

Overall a nice hotel. It's closed to the airport and has airport shuttle hourly. But need to reserve a spot before leaving. There are on site restaurants in the hotel. Gym, spa, pool, and kids playground are at the second floor. Room looks updated and as advertisement. Nice bathroom with Electric bidet toilet seat. Breakfast buffet is good enough for most people. The hotel is great for short term stay. It machtes the 5 star rating.

This is the best airport hotel I have been to. We had a 23 hour layover and time passed quickly in this hotel. Beds are comfortable, room was spacious and modern, which was more than adequate for 2 adults and 2 children aged under 12. All in all, we would come here again! We'll done Novotel Airport hotel!

In general the living experience is good , service is fantastic , I dropped down the note for my living request and they arranged for me very well . The shuttle bus service is good but it is limited seat offer ( the transportation time is about 5 mins ) , recommend you can send email for the shuttle bus service before you check in :) the restaurant food is a bit expensive and the taste is under my expectation :) next round I will consider this hotel again , only not consider the restaurant here - lol

The hotel was easy to get to. We took the train for a few stops since we missed the shuttle bus.
The facilities were very nice. 3 different pools, gym, a sauna, and ice room.
The room I booked was the airport view, where I got to see airplanes land and take off which was cool, although there was a building construction that was in the middle of the view.

I tis a very standard airport hotel - nothing too Novotel about it. Whilst the hotel says free airport shuttle, it does not mention that it will take an hour to arrie if you come into Terminal 2. Being a business traveler - that is too expensive to waste my time like that - so in the end it is not "free".
