Staff and facility are nice, my dogs were welcomed with a small fee which we totally expect to pay a little extra. For a Saturday morning which was busy some of kitchen staff woukd have rather had social hour rather than making sure biscuits and gravy were stocked. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I rarely stay in a hotel more than one night. I had booked this hotel for five nights. It was a great experience. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly. Great breakfast also. Thank you.

Conveniently located. Our room was too close to the lobby. Stayed 2 nights and had a hard time getting to sleep because of loud parties in the lobby area.

The desk light bulb was not properly working. The lights between the beds did not work. The toilet seat did not match with the toilet, too small.
The property behind the building had a lot of trash in the grass.

Room was fine like it should be. Wow! We were very impressed by the breakfast. Wonderful biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and cranberry juice. Breakfast is always hit or miss but this hotel had a hit this morning.

Temperature control was not working. Front desk staff looked at it. There was no maintenance staff on duty. Staff offered to change rooms but we had already unpacked. Staff quickly responded to our request for additional blanket.

Friendly, fast check in..had a hiccup when the key card was programmed to the wrong room. PTAC unit very loud. Window shade would not pull closed allowing parking lot lights to shine in all night. Limited choices on the TV. Breakfast was good.

Train tracks run behind the property and train whistles go off all night long. Also it should not take two different remotes to operate the TV. Staff was great and the facility was clean.

Didnt have queen suite available that I'd chosen so gave two queen rooms instead. Pubic hairs on toilet seat when we walked in and pee in toilet. Disgusting. Rooms smelled pretty bad. Tv huge and nice, next to no channel's though if you dont want to log into your service provider for the next guest. Had toothpaste at desk so that helped. Small breakfast, but better than nothing. Body wash was empty in shower and conditioner was almost gone. Seems like housekeeping is slacking or nonexistent. Hallway floors and elevator dirty, havent been vacuumed in a while. Decent, but need easy housekeeping to make better and nice for guests. Also room phone didnt work at all. And short a towel. Also all issues had to go to desk for so doesnt help if naked and showering and need things when empty because they didnt fill.

The room was overall very accommodating. The only complaint I had was that the AC was pretty loud. The staff was superb and more than accommodating. The continental breakfast was tasty and very adequate even though the pancake machine was not working.

Newly remodeled, it is beautiful. The front desk clerk, Ash was super helpful and pleasant while helping. He was definitely clerk of the week for us. This was the third hotel we stayed in that week.

It was very clean. Sleeping next to the air conditioner was cold when it turned on, however still needed it on as it was to warm in the room otherwise. The comfort of the bed wasn’t too bad. The fridge was turned all the way up & could have actually needed some attention- we just wanted to have our drinks cold for the morning. Very nice updated room.
The construction going on - I didn’t notice inside, however outside they took up too many parking spaces with it covered with tarps & pallets. Would be better use if space if just put on the grass - as there is very little parking.

The bed where comfy with 4 pillows on each. The bathroom was small with the sink outside of the room, I don't like but everything was brand new & clean. The breakfast was really good. Had lots of hot items along with fruit, yogurt coffee & juice. Would highly reccomnd.

The staff was super friendly and helpful!! The hotel is newly renovated so everything was brand new and very clean. The beds were super comfy as well!
