Dirty towels with brown stains when we arrived, mildew in bathroom and thick dust on closet

Clean and tidy. Big downside is the hotel next door. Very noisy (I'm guessing only on Friday and Saturday nights).

It would be good value except. Room was dirty, furniture was broken and even the couch had a blanket placed over a worn out dirty couch.

- Liked for it's convenience... - Disliked because I ordered the Spa Room with intensions of using the spa... but found the bath plug was completely the wrong size to keep the water in, therefore could not fill the tub to use the spa... I paid extra for this luxury, but could not use it... I did go to reception to let them know & was told sorry that's the only plug! Pretty poor response, with no offer to rectify or even partially refund, considering I didn't get what I paid for... Also I suggested a hand rail be installed on the wall next to the spa as getting in & out is an accident waiting to happen, as well as a shower curtain to stop the water from going all over the bathroom floor (which in turn makes getting out of the tub, even more slippery & dangerous)... then to top it off there was absolutely no hot water on the Sunday morning before check out!

Reception was friendly and offered to store my luggage as I had arrived early. The room was clean and all facilities worked. I had an excellent night's rest. This hotel represents fantastic value for money and I would certainly stay there again. Just one minor suggestion: Perhaps put a couple of long-life milk tubs in the refrigerator for making tea?

Do not stay here. My room was absolutely filthy, covered in mould and has cockroaches. Place should be closed down.

Property was dirty, carpet stains, had hair all over the bed, smelled of smoke and still had the last guests soaps in the bathroom. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and blankets. Told the reception and they couldn't care less. The guy didn't even get up from his seat to take my key.

Absolutely horrible experience here. Room stunk of cigarette smoke which ruined our night. Bed linen and pillows stunk. Reporting this to reception to see if we could change rooms could not have been met with less interest.

Location and parking is great. The spa room doesnt have a spa just a typical household bath. There is no breakfast as stated in the add. The bed was uncomfortable and needs replacing as do the pillows. Minimal bedding and towels provided along with very minimal bathroom products. Including the handsoap that was nearly empty. Location was worth the stay.

Older style motel, but priced down accordingly, so no issues there. Free parking and a very comfortable bed made up for that too. The only issue was that there was no milk provided for the coffee/tea. So i recommend this place, also owing to the handy location, but caution you to bring your own milk.

Good clean accomodation and handy to the area attractions. Also secure parking. The lack of pleasing facilities in the room meant that it was only suitable for sleeping and not conducive to kicking back and relaxing prior to going out.

Very good stay close to CBD and it was economical and hassle free.

Ist was very dirty, dust everywhere, there was a random Pipe coming Out of the Wall leading into the shower The Walls were painted very poorly and the fridge was leaking water all the time and the bedsheets Had dark stains on them

Room was clean and comfortable. The building is looking tied and a bit run down.

Definitely a budget stay. Would not stay again.

Great location, minutes drive from the CBD. Very clean. Excellent security. Friendly, efficient staff.

Positives: The location was great for where we wanted to go. Free parking although there wasn't any information as to access etc. air conditioner worked well. Bathroom looked clean. towels were clean and large (although a bit threadbare) down side: stained carpet and side of bed/ couch, the window faces into the internal atrium and doesn't completely block light and if people come in during the night the external light comes on. no sink so apart from bathroom basin bench looked pretty basic not really sure why there was an electrical conduit going down the corner of the shower through the base!
