great location,close to public transport. A quiet nice hotel. Hope the hot tub water temperature can be higher.

It was in a beautiful area right by the water. It was very clean and spacious as soon as you walk in. The guy at check in was very nice as he welcomed me and answered all my question about the area and things to do. My room was very clean with an amazing water view

We have stayed in this hotel before couple of times. This time it was our first stay after Covid time, which means 5 years have passed. The hotel claims to be a 4 star facility. In fact i would not give it even a 2 star rating as its closer to a motel now than a hotel. We have stayed 5 nights, having two rooms as we were traveling with our kid. I paid around 7'000 CAD for that which i think its nuts. Upon arrival, there was nobody to help us with the luggage. we have traveled 12 hours and a helpful had would be appreciated. Guess what, there was zero help or ask from the stuff on the checkout either. You are being left alon to push an old stroller with your belongings. It was extremely cold both in the hotel lobby (cold blow from the aircone on top of the cold air from outside) and on the corridors on all levels. Why would you make the stay so uncomfortable?? It was 5 degrees outside and yet the cold blow from the airconditioning was all over. Stuff was sneezing and coughing and having masks. 4 star hotel and not even one bottle of water as complimentary. They were happy to sell you one (no, i am not a fan of tap water, especially not in the metro area). Food in the restaurant was really not great to the point that we did not even want to use the discount coupons we were offered. Once i ordered a mean for our kid and asked to be brought to our room. Happened to be impossible due to the shortage of stuff. Nice location, but no value in the price at all. Shame. 2 star maximum

Great pool and location.

Stayed just one night as we transitioned from downtown Vancouver to North Vancouver. I actually think we should have stayed here first. The seabus was fast, easy and reasonable between downtown Vancouver and this hotel. This side is definitely more low key if that is what you need. Thank you for the early check in and comfy bed. Some good options for coffee and food nearby.

Excellent, I enjoyed my stay at the Pinnacle. Incredibly cleaned, staff is super friendly and provides the best customer service. The location was amazing, closed to the seabus, restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy's you can find anything around here. Super safe!!! Since it is by the pier there could be noise but thats only because people love to hang out by this area that's what makes it soo safe and nice. Super recommend 👌

Coffee cups gross. Could see lipstick stains on one I use damp washcloth to wipe. It came out brown yuck

Beautiful location to stay at

Very nice location in the heart of the North shore. Lots of shopping and dining options close by. Plenty of parking and easy transportation to downtown Vancouver via the harbour ferry.

Location is very convenient to all our activities

Lovely hotel, generous rooms, comfortable bed and restaurants across the road. Really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel room and beds were very small. It was supposed to be good for 4 people which is not.

Very beautiful place to stay especially ocean view

Nice hotel, nice area, but the suite only had one tv (with no movie channels), and the room did have a bit of an unpleasant odor. The food was good at their restaurant, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is amazing. Needs a 'refresh' -- pool towels were old, tattered, and small; pool lockers were rusty and peeling. And bed blankets need to be replaced. No bar soap in rooms.

I stay in a lot of hotels and I have to say this was such an incredible experience. I loved everything, the staff was so helpful, I had made mistake with my reservation and arrived a day early they were fully booked but helped me check if there is availability around and helped me with my luggage to the other hotel, knowing this the next day they gave me early check in and were again so helpful! The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, with incredible view towards the city. The hotel is next to the quay, great restaurants, gallery, stores, the market, seabus. The amenities were clean and I enjoyed the steam room and pool! Overall one of the best stays!

On-site, underground parking in a great location. Clean and comfortable room with a view overlooking the Fraser and downtown Vancouver. Great on-site restaurant as well.
