It was a nice bed, clean shower. They were remodeling, but it didn’t interfere with our stay.

Room was clean and hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the harbor in Florence with many cute shops and great restaurants. The hotel is right on 101, so it was sometimes noisy. But the staff was very nice and accommodating.

Great visit to Florence! This is a great place to stay. Two levels with outdoor access and walkable access to Old Town. We have stayed here for years and appreciate the cleanliness, location and value provided. We also appreciate the cleaning crew, focused and energetic! Well done.

Clean quiet , staff super friendly and helpful Great for touring

We were site seeing in the area and found the Super 8 to be comfortable and convenient. The staff were amazing and used every opportunity to assist us from check in to check out we received assistance with our room assignments and with getting ice before we left.

Was initially rather confusing due to name change. Was panicking that booked 2 hotels. Called old town hotel number & they clarified same hotel but bought out. Location was great- close to old town area. Hotel clean with fresh paint. Breakfast was not great but they had decent coffee… Overall worth the cost.

This motel was a disappointment, especially for the price! I felt as if I have stepped back in time! Surprised by the good reviews

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. During my visit, I encountered several issues that made my stay highly unsatisfactory. Firstly, the room was equipped with fans instead of air conditioning, making it difficult to stay or sleep in comfort in the heat. Additionally, I found blood stains on the sheets and the linens had an unpleasant odor. The wireless charging station in the room was outdated and barely functional, and the dim lighting made it hard to relax or work in the room. These issues were far below the standards I expected and significantly detracted from my experience. I hope you will take immediate action to address these concerns to prevent future guests from facing similar problems.

Room is good but it doesn't have air conditioning and fans also broken. When reaching to the front desk, the front desk person just apologizes and won't fix the broken fan.

Our room was unacceptable. The bathroom door had a large hole which looked like someone punched it, holes in the wall were present where shelves were missing from the wall (shelves were in other rooms), and some of the wood was falling off the furniture with shreds of wood were in the carpet. Additionally, unlike other rooms, there were no window screens on the section that could be opened. When my husband asked for a screen, we were told that out of 141 rooms, ours was the only one without a screen, and they had none available to fix the issue. I went to the office to request another fan as the room was hot and uncomfortable. I also mentioned that the room was in poor condition and was told that the damage was caused by a previous guest the night before- a domestic altercation-and they hadn’t had time to fix it. I can’t believe any establishment would give a paying guest a room in such a state. The room we had was disgusting as well as miserably stuffy and warm. I also found the pillows had a terrible odor and I woke up very itchy the next morning, and subsequently found a few hairs in the bed that were not ours. Being that there were not other rooms or hotels available in town, we were stuck here. This hotel should be ashamed of itself, and I would never recommend it to anyone. It is a total disgrace.

Friendly reception

The Old Town Inn is a cute little inn where the staff is very friendly, the room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The fact that it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do in Florence was a bonus.

Good value. For the most part it was very well kept.

Room and property looked clean. Some things in room like a closet area were still under construction. The room had a very stinky unclean smell that smelled like musty old sweat. Walls are so thin that at 1 am we could hear someone rolling around in the tub like they were stuck and sounded like they slipped a few times. So thin that we could even hear whoever was in the bath pass gas. Could also hear every bit of road noise. Was not a nice quiet evening when we were over tired and just ready to sleep after a long drive. Housekeeping staff was loud in the morning laughing and screwing around instead of being professional. I am not sure how this place had such high ratings on Expedia. Would not stay here again
